    Spud guns are made from PVC or ABS pipe that are glued together to make a potato propelling device which can launch potatoes up to 300 yards.  There are 2 kinds of potato launchers.  1st the combustion kind these should be made by beginners because they are fun and easy to make.  They only need potatoes and hairspray.  2nd there are Pneumatic spud guns which use compressed air from a bike pump to shoot the potato.  These plans are for a combustion chamber spud gun. Spud guns can give you hours of entertainment and you can shoot almost any thing that will fit in the barrel.
