Allanna and Coganta are the only character I claim as my own.

Journal of a Halliwell

By Jenn Somers

Chapter 7: The Last Journal Entry

Allanna was like the cousin I never had. The story of how she went back in time to get the Charmed One's help is my absolute favourite of all the stories Grams told. Despite her mysteriousness and evil side, she seemed to be a nice individual. Of course there was that odd time when evil would take over, but other then that she had great control of her good side.
I guess you could say that Allanna still lives...in an alternate present. I wonder if she knew that by vanquishing Coganta, she would go down with him. Was that her plan all along? To be set free?
Some parts of me wish that Allanna could have lived. I wish I could have known her. She was vanquished before my older sister or any of my cousins were born, so none of us knew her. Grams remembered her well, though.
My sisters and I were raised by Grams. Our parents died in an accident, or so we were told. Mom was pregnant with my younger sister at the time. She was the only one that the doctors could save.
Grams lost her mother too. She drowned trying to vanquish a water demon. Grams and her sisters were also raised by their grandmother and they also found the Book of Shadows after their Grams died. It always surprises me how similar my sisters and I are to the Charmed Ones. But then again...I've always considered myself to be a bit like all of the Charmed sisters. Like Prue (and my mother), I have the power of Astral Projection. Like Piper, I always get stuck in the middle of everything. Like Phoebe, I married a demon. Well...half demon anyway. And Like Paige, I have a piece of Whitelighter in me. One quarter to be exact!

For who ever has found my journal and is reading this, your curiosity about me is probably flying. I have tried to fit a clue here and there, hoping that you might figure out my identity yourself. I realize my clues are not all easy and most of them are hard to find. That is why I have added this extra page. For those that have not guessed by now, I will reveal my identity for you. For those who have, you can see if your suspicions were true or not.
My name is Patty Halliwell, not to be confused with THE Patty Halliwell, the mother of the Charmed Ones and my great-grandmother. I was merely named after her.
I never met Patty...or Victor. They both died before I was born, but Grams used to talk about them so much. It always makes me laugh to think that I never met my great-grandparents, but I met Melissa Warren, my great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandmother. My sisters and I summoned her once to help us vanquish a demon. It was a demon that she and the Charmed Ones vanquished before, but somehow he came back again.
Aside from listening to all the stories Grams used to tell, my favourite memory as a child happened with my father. I was about 7, maybe a little older, and he took me to see his home...and yes, they let me remember my visit there!     Have you figured it out yet? I am the granddaughter of Piper Halliwell and Leo Wyatt. The only reason the elders let me remember my visit to the Whitelighter's realm is because I am quarter Whitelighter and Wyatt's daughter. They still didn't like me there, though.
For who ever has found my journal and is reading this, whether you are family, friend, or just a stranger, the chances are that I no longer live or...that I haven't lived yet. I have sent this journal into the Astral Planes, hoping that it will appear some time or another. Past...present...future... The reason for this action is unclear even to me, but to somebody...

---

Piper Halliwell giggled and closed the black bound book. She was curious to know who wrote it, as it gave mention to herself and her two sisters...and in the future of all things. She opened the book again to a page near the end and giggled. She was married to some man named Leo? Who flew in the clouds? And Phoebe was married to a demon named Cole? And she and her sisters were Witches and had magickal powers? Whomever this book belonged to, they certainly had an active imagination.
    "What's that, dear?"
Piper slammed the book shut and looked up. She held the book tight to her chest.
"It's nothing, Grams! Just a book!" Piper paused, trying to hold back her giggles, but finally gave in. "I found it and it's all about Witches with magickal powers called the Charmed One's and..."
Piper looked at her grandmother. She had a black book in her hands. Curious, Piper asked Grams what it was, but received no reply and after a short while, Piper completely forgot about it.

The End!
