Emery Smith Fisheries has the capacity to hold 75,000 pounds of Atlantic lobster in refridgerated tanks keeping the lobster in a healthy dormant state assuring a high quality product when shipped. This also gives us the ability to ship lobster on a year round basis.

Atlantic lobster, caught in our specific region, has a fine reputation as one of the best resources for lobsters in the world. These hard-shelled lobsters contain plenty of meat and are much sought after by worldwide buyers of seafood products.

LIVE LOBSTER IS PACKED IN WOODEN OR PLASTIC CRATES, IN STYROFOAM BOXES OR IN WAXED CARDBOARD BOXES. STYROFOAM AND CARDBOARD ARE PACKED WITH ICE PACKS.
