And now, again, The Friday Five: 1. Would you say that you're good at keeping in touch with people? To a certain extent, yes. More than any of my other friends, anyway. I sent letters to Timmie for about two years after she left TFS. On the other hand, I haven't sent anything whatsoever to Alex in England since the beginning of OAC year. That's not good. 2. Which communication method do you usually prefer/use: e-mail, telephone, snail mail, blog comments, or meeting in person? Why? Meeting in person, followed closely by letters. I loathe the phone, and I tend not to say much in emails. And blog comments are so out in the open. And really, who doesn't like meeting in person? 3. Do you have an instant messenger program? How many? Why/why not? How often do you use it? I have ICQ and MSN. I usuall have them on when I'm actually doing something on the computer, so it's not on all the time like some people like to have it. But I guess I'm on somewhat often. 4. Do most of your close friends live nearby or far away? Far away. Like, at least three hours away. Everything's at least three hours away when you live in Kingston. 5. Are you an "out of sight, out of mind" person, or do you believe that "distance makes the heart grow fonder"? I'm an "absence makes the heart grow fonder" girl with a lot of "out of sight, out of mind" friends. It's rather lonely.
