Craaaaaaap.

Tonight is going to suck major. Not only do I have an essay to write, but I haven't finished the readings for it, my housemate has her boyfriend over, and my other housemates went out, so they'll be coming home around 3, absolutely sloshed, and want to tell we everything that happened to them at the bars, and I'll want to care, and I'll want to listen and be nice, but I'll be so mad at Russian literature that I swear, I'm going to yell at them.

That's what I'm predicting, anyhow. Hope it goes differently, but I can't see it happening any other way.

I've been so tense all day, so ready to snap at anyone, but so far I've held it inside. I haven't even blown up at L when she asks me every. ten. minutes. if someone called for her. No one has called her today. And if they had, I would have told her. But it's alright, it's okay. They're all going out in a little bit. Then I'll be here by myself, and I can settle in to an all-nighter with my Russian history essay.

At least I've got the Andrews Sisters and the Glenn Miller Orchestra to keep me happy and serene. Maybe I'll take a break every few hours and do some cleansing swing dancing.

But now, back to the book.
