I am 26 years old and am a professional Waiter, I have taken and passed my HSc, SSc and my Diploma in food & beverage service management from american institute of hotel management. I am qualified in health and hygiene, fire fighting and first aid. I have worked in 5* deluxe hotels as head waiter for the Hilton, Savoy and Taj groups and am currently employed as Captain of Service for the King of Dubai and his Ministry.

I am 27 years old and have 10 years experience as a Chef in 5* hotels such as the Taj group and Marriott Hotels. I specialize in Indian cuisine, Banqueting and Conferences and fine dining. I am currently employed as Executive Head Chef at a Multi National company’s hotel in Mumbai, where I am currently occupied with designing software for the Kitchen.

I am 26 years old and have a BSc in Computer systems and Information handling, I have also completed a Computer Secretary course as well as a years training in Modern Hotel and Catering Service Procedure. I am currently employed as a Head receptionist but have also experience in Secretarial work and Hospitality service.
