This film was made in the days following the announcement that Cyan Worlds
was to shut down production. It incorporates clips from past trailers
and making-ofs, and celebrates the great production studio that was Cyan.

Uru Films
When Uru Live shut down, each community member reacted in a different
way. Some creative types made videos to mourn their loss, and celebrate
the future. Now of course, with Untěl Uru, we have all of this
back, but the videos still leave a message in our hearts. Here are some

This film was made after Uru Live, with a very strong message:
that we should not mourn, but celebrate Uru Live. It uses footage
only from the single-player games, particularly from The Path of the
Shell expansion. The creator tells his story; his experience with
Uru in an honest and unique way.

"Save Last Nights"

This film was made during the final days of Uru Live and is a fitting
goodbye. It features a lot of footage of people waving and dancing in
the 'hood, with the highly appropriate song "Save Tonight".

Toria's Uru Journey
My friend Toria made this incredible piece of Uru memorabilia
- a ceramic tile with the Uru journey hand and the text "Uru
lives in all of us," and mailed it to me and a couple of other people
all the way from Canada. Thanks very much Toria! The journey ceramic appears
below.

Myst IV "One Sentence Story"
On July 11, 2004, a thread began on the Myst IV forums in which
posters could write a story by posting one sentence at a time. This thread
now weaves a hilarious story about a girl called Carlie, her friend
Brad who is allergic to things that begin with the letter "C,"
and their crazy adventures.
