The trip to Jamaica meant different things to each person. Here are some of the thoughts of those who went:

"I experienced how to be grateful for and appreciative of another culture. I loved hearing different faith stories and experiencing different worship. My faith was strengthened. I appreciate the wealth that I have, and our social system."

"The trip was an awesome learning experience. I still think about the people, their lifestyle and the whole experience every day. It was a chance to learn about God, and to see God's work in another part of the world."

"This journey was an opportunity for me to grow immensely as a Christian. Their strong faith helped me to find answers myself. Also, it was a chance to travel and experience a different culture. I met amazing people who I would like to see again."

"The trip was a wonderful experience that made me appreciate the things I have and to be grateful to God for them."

"I felt God's love was shown through the giving, the sharing and the love of those at Ridgemount. My spiritual life has changed and I know to trust God with my life."
