Cauliflower Soup

Method

As per Gary: Microwave (covered) cauliflower, stock/water and cubes and butter on high for ten minutes. Stir, then microwave on high for a further ten minutes or until cauliflower is soft. Add milk and cheese. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Return to microwave and heat to serving temperature. Stir in cream. Serve in warmed bowls.

As per Emilia: Simmer cauliflower in chicken stock and butter until cauliflower is very soft (about 30 mins). Then proceed as above (on top of stove not in microwave).
