This theme takes LEGO to movie that set the standard all adventure movies are compared to.

It's a daring move - how to make credible German soldiers without making them to obvious Nazis? What about the distinctive Fritz-helmets and MP-40 submachine guns?

Check out the Flying Wing from Radiers of the Lost Ark and the Shinghai Pursuit scene from Temple of Doom.

In Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Marion Ravenwood will be back along with her farther Abner. Whether it's as a throwback or they didn't die remains to be seen. Maybe Abner was abducted as Area 51 and the quest for alien artifacts features in the storyline. The huge warehouse holding the Ark of the Covenant might be in Area 51? The scene is the 1950'ies and this time Indy is struggling the Russians, including amphibious GAZ-46 vehicles.

It will be fun to see if this bring out as many new AFOL's as the Star Wars theme! More interesting will the commercial success bring out a new Adventurers subtheme in two or three years?
