Which clan should I join??

Ahh, now the more important question: Which clan?
Aardwolf has a large number of clans, catering to all sorts of tastes. Some are Role-Playing (RP) clans, others do Raids and Player-Killing, some are newbie-friendly, yet others concentrate on gathering information. And sadly, there are a few "dead" clans.
No matter what anyone says, remember: Which clan you choose is up to you. Choose a clan that you'll be happy in. If Equipment is your primary concern (let's be honest here), go for that. But if you prefer to RP, or to chat, or to be helped along, it's quite possible another clan will be more suitable.
Many clans DO have restrictions, first and foremost being level. Class, quests, knowledge are also important. ALWAYS do a "claninfo" to find out more.

What concerns you?
A) Clan Theme/Summary
B) Predominant Clan Activity
C) Minumum Level to join
D) Clan alignment
E) PK/Raiding
F) Clan skill
G) Morgue
H) Equipment
I) My view

    What would Pooh do?
Which clan would Pooh join? Whichever clan offers the most hunny!
But seriously. There is no BEST clan to suit everyone. But if I were in the following scenarios, I'd join the following clans.
LVL 15-50I'd wait a bit more. If you really MUST clan, see the next 3 lines.
Newbie femaleAmazon: Well motivated, fast developing clan, great people and theme.
RoleplayerBard/Daoine: This isn't a RP mud, but these 2 are as close as you get.
Other newbiesDruid: Between this and DoH, Druids are much friendlier and more cohesive.
LVL 100+This is where your options open up, and you can choose what suits you.
Needs helpLight,Dragon,Watchmen: Their theme is to help, and are small enough to care.
ExplorerTwinlobe: Great clanskill and database for those of you who like mapping.
FeministAmazon: Still your best bet, even you males may find RPing breed stock fun!
Anti-GoodChaos/Crimson: Nice eq, quite active, though you won't be raiding just yet.
Raider wannabeRemort! Sad to say, a single classer isn't much use. Try to remort first.
RemortsYou should be familiar with the clans by now, to choose by yourself.
If you haven't been too treacherous, the world is your oyster!
'Good' RaiderWatchmen/Imperium: 'Good' raiding clans are few, but these 2 are quite ok.
'Evil' RaiderHook/SK/Retri: Great eq, power packed members. High joining requirements.
Helper-typeDoH: In dire need of tireless helpers. Get some eternally grateful newbies! Maybe.
Remember, if you don't like my views, keep your flames (and bribes ;) to yourself. Would much appreciate it. :P

    Comments from others:
    TANELORN
  • [Tanelorn] Domen: 'Tanelorn: One of the new clans. Unfortunately quite quiet, except for one person who would probably make us happier by staying quiet.' *wink*
  • Pooh: Domen has done more for Tanelorn than anyone else so far. Even if he is a *widdle* noisy. :P
