Can I download a page for my own private reading?
Sure, as long as it's for personal use only there is no restriction on the number of page you could download. To download a particular page, choose File [from your browser's toolbar], then choose Save As, then click the Save button. A shortcut of the same commands would be pressing the Control + S keys simultaneously on your keyboard. Remember to save it on a particular folder you can easily remember. Better yet, create a New Folder and name the folder "EE"

Is there a zipped files of the lecture documents which I can download?
Yes, go to this page to download.

Why can't I see some of the letters in some of the pages?
Your computer system, especially Windows 3.0 or Windows95, doesn't have the special fonts, Century Expanded Italic BT [True Type] Version: mfgpctt-v1.52 and Symbol [True Type] v1.50, used by the pages, go to this page to download the fonts. Extracting the zipped files will install the fonts on your system automatically.
