Jim.. i need someone who wont use canned responses. trouble receiving email. Checked all settings.. no errors.. connects to the msn pop mail and receives the list of messages from the server which is comming back null as no mail is downloaded.. no problems sending email (through the secure smtp server).. using Outlook Express 5.5.... blah the rest of your questions you can ask me directly

EnIgMaDeadsouls: i can send through MSN's smtp servers fine.. but when i access the pop mail server i get nothing

Some parts were edited (such as personal info) for logical reasons.. Well I guess its true women (on average) are smarter, nicer, blah... than men. Hale was friendly and keep her calm even when I was rude.. which granted is her job.. it still shows control.. She quickly got me the info I was looking for... which was what I knew all along.. they were having server problems.. but I didnt want to bluntly say "hey I think your severs are fucked.. fix them".. as I had no hard proof... never the less she told me they were having problems... and she must have got some admin to do something.. Im getting my mail now (and Ive made no changes that fixed any problem on my side.. proof that its server problem.). She did a very good job.. even with my rudeness and cheap jokes... but Jim had pissed me off... so I was in rude mode.. good job Hale. She was much better and much more help than
