106th Congress of the United States of America
Partial Listing of Congressional Bills from
the 106th Congress that Threaten the US Constitution
And the guarantee of a Republican Form of Government
Following is a bill, proposed
by the conservative radical right, aimed at creating a constitutional amendment
to change the manner in which amendments to the United States Constitution
can be created. This bill, once made into law, would allow for States that
have large local support for the conservative radical right, to introduce
constitutional amendments into the system that would literally not go away
until they were passed and made into law.

For congressional session after
session, the conservative radical right members of Congress keep up with
their fight to have their "private" agenda of religious based
beliefs about God and morals, made into a part of the United States Constitution
and the laws of the Nation.
The Right to Life Issue!

Here are two bills, one from
the House and one from the Senate, and both of them are almost identical
in there wording. Both bills propose a constitutional amendment to allow
for religious prayer in public schools.

Proposing an amendment to the
Constitution of the United States to provide that Federal judges be reconfirmed
by the Senate every 10 years. The
real purpose and intent of this bill, and the constitutional amendment to
be made from it, is to put the control of the Judicial branch of government
under the control and authority of the Legislative branch of government,
namely Congress.
HJ RES 11 |
Proposing a constitutional amendment
and the necessary legislation establishing the English Language as the Official
language of the United States. This bill is nothing but a slap in the face
and an insult to millions of Americans whose culture and traditions are
based on other languages, other than English. One goal of these bill's is
to get rid of bilingual voting and education.

On the outside, this congressional
bill proposing an amendment which will create term limits for United States
Senators and Representatives looks good, but upon closer inspection of the
core of the amendment, it is rotten, like a rotten piece of fruit looks
sometimes - good on the outside, but horrible looking and tasting on the
inside.
HJ RES 16 |
Well here we go again. One of
the primary goals of the conservative radical right, is their continued
quest of decentralizing the Constitution and the government of the United
States. In order for the conservative radical right's quest to work, they
need to "shut-up" the opposition to their plans, and what better
way than by attacking, and then destroying the "absolute" rights
contained in the First Amendment. Rights such as Freedom of Speech. The Flag Desecration amendment surfaces again,
another attack on Freedom of Speech that just won't go away!

HR 1081 |
Freedom of Speech Act (Placed
on the Calendar in the Senate) Another congressional bill from one of the Senate
power figures with the conservative radical right. The name of the bill
implies Freedom of Speech, but is really a move by the conservative radical
right in Congress to impose their will on the Executive branch of government.
The only Freedom of Speech in this congressional bill is giving the freedom
to Congress, and taking it away from the White House, thereby removing the
Separation of Powers!

Proposing an amendment to the
Constitution of the United States to provide that no person born in the
United States will be a United States citizen unless a parent is a United
States... This is a laugh! The conservative radical right wants to constitutionally
protect the rights of the unborn with their rhetoric about "The Right
to Life," and with this bill they want to deny constitutional rights
to those that were born in this country if their parents are not citizens.
