With President George W. Bush in the White House less than 100 days, ultra-conservative radical right members of Congress continue their unrelenting and ongoing attack on the First Amendment absolute right of Freedom of Speech. Radical right members of Congress are already at work creating and proposing Congressional Bills which are aimed at preventing Flag Burning [flag desecration]. Flag Burning has already been declared by the US Constitution, and upheld by the US Supreme Court, to be a protected expression of the First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech. Yet, radical right members of Congress continue to disagree with this form of Freedom of Speech. So, radical right members of Congress, in violation of their Constitutional Oath to support, and therefore, preserve, protect, and defend that guaranteed expression of Freedom of Speech, continue to propose, sponsor, co-sponsor, and support Congressional Bills which are 'hostile' to that guaranteed expression of Freedom of Speech. The opening clause of the First Amendment expressly forbids Congress, and members of Congress from creating or proposing any laws or Amendments [an amendment is a law], which will in any manner interfere with the enumerated rights, privilages, declarations, and restrictions [protections] granted by the First Amendment. F.A.C.T.S. would like to remind Bush, and those in both Houses of the 107th Congress, and others who support such a restriction on absolute constitutional rights, that the power and authority of the constitutional rule of law, strictly forbids Congress and members of Congress from making any type of law(s) which abuse or misconstruct First Amendment rights, and other constitutional rights and republican principles that are important to the guarantee of a Republican Form of Government. The constitutional Blessings of Liberty or nationalist Federalist Fascism? Those that are behind and continue to back the Flag burning (desecration) Amendment have ulterior motives behind what they are doing, and those motives are definitely not in the best interests of America or the masses of people living under the American flag. Individuals who continue to support these proposed Amendment(s) have misplaced the real American values and principles, which built and founded The United States of America. The radical right element of this country continue's to discard the constitutional concepts, principles, and rights within the United States Constitution, that could truly lead us towards a real and lasting World Peace. What the radical right has done, and continues to do, is to trade those precious principles for a cloak of power and wealth built on the backs of hard working Americans. The result is that the radical right element has discarded the US Constitution and put into its place a Federalist Fascist government, out of what was to have been the "true" American Republic. Along with demolishing the United States Constitution, these same warped and radical right individuals, in and outside of Congress and government, are also trashing our American Freedoms and Blessings of Liberty. They are trading away our Blessings of Liberty for power and wealth, just like when Judas sold out Jesus for a few pieces of silver.

These misguided radical right individuals, their groups, and the organizations that they have formed, continue to prey on the sympathies of unsuspecting Americans by using their status as Christians, armed service members, veterans, and/or patriots to further their cause of national Federalist fascist supremacy over the masses of American people, and over the very values and principals that built this country. These are not Americans at all, but traitors to the cause of a real World Peace, and traitors to the real principals and values that built the United States, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. Those who support this Flag Burning [desecration] Amendment are not real Americans at all, but merely empty shells who blindly follow what ever misguided authority will give them a blind consciousness and mentality, and that is not the defining mark of what a true American is all about. Many of these individuals were raised like that as children, and others learned it at their churches through subtle forms of programming, while many others learned it in the military. A great many of these same individuals are unable or unwilling to break the cycle and change, and often times it is because these same individuals have no real free will of their own, or because they have been so well programmed they are no longer, or able to adequately question or think for themselves. Moreover, it is individuals like this that refuse to even educate themselves to the real facts and truths about the United States and its Constitution, because they believe and follow blindly, without question, those in power who guide and educate them. That may be the way of a nationalist Federalist fascist supremacy and the blinded zombies who are a part of it, but it is not the American way, and definitely not the way of those that adhere to and believe in the principles of a "true" American Republic.

Comments: The foundation and principles behind the Natural Laws, is the authority and source from which the basic human rights (intellectual rights) found in the First Article of the Bill of Rights were formed. That is why the first clause of that First Article clearly spells out to Congress; "Congress shall make no law...." which interferes with, or infringes upon those basic human rights found in the First Article. Question: So where do the Senators and Representatives in Congress, get their authority from, to interfere with and infringe on those basic human rights? Answer: Congress has no real authority whatsoever; not by the Universal Law's of all creation, not constitutional, or otherwise, except other than from the authority of their own ego inflicted evil ways of ruling by greed, tyranny, and oppression! So much for the conservative Federalist position which currently dominates Federal government thinking.] [As an afterthought; with the passage and ratification of the 14th Amendment, the Federalists took that amendment as a literal tool of authority and jurisdiction over both the rights of the States, and the rights of the people. It was at that exact moment of the passage and ratification of the 14th Amendment, that the United States fully and functionally ceased to be a Republican Form of Government. With the loss of that constitutional guarantee of a Republican Form of Government, the United States ceased to be a true "republic," as put forth by the concepts of the republican principles and rights enumerated within the United States Constitution, and as a result the United States became a republic by name only.]

The main purpose of Federalism is to keep the select individuals who run it in power, and to keep their financial coffers full of the publics monies. Federalism and those who run it accomplish this in many different ways, but the main and most popular method in continual use for the last 1,635 years, has been through the marriage of Religion and Government. The Religious State Run Government, i.e., 98.69% of the United States Congress is strongly Christian in belief and practice; the Yugoslavian government is a Federalist Nationalist government with strong ties and a long time working association with the hierarchy of the Orthodox Christian Church, which is by the way, the same Church and religious movement currently empowering the Christian Reform Movement in the United States. For those that don't believe that the radical religious right continually puts the Christian Bible, and it's warped authority and beliefs above that of the Supreme Law of the Land, the United States Constitution, then read this quote from Tony Nassif of the California Christian Coalition: "The Owner's Manual for the Constitution is the Bible." This remark by Nassif clearly points to the positive conclusion, that members of the Radical Religious Right, both in and out of Congress, put the Biblical Rule of Law before the Constitutional Rule of Law. A search of available public records, and many private records as well, easily confirms that fact. Those that want more specifics only need to look to find it, because it is available and out there. Many of the buzzwords are those organizations, groups, and individuals that are listed above. This is only a partial listing, but it gives the reader a very good idea of the extreme power and wealth that members of the radical right wing have. A look at this partial list reveals that it is a virtual who's who of the powerful and the wealthy in the United States. An even closer look and inspection of those names, shows that these organizations, groups, and individuals, do indeed use the status of their power and wealth, to pursue their own brand of Christianity [religion], and the form of Federalist government and Constitution that is to be under the power and authority of that religion. If you take a moment to read and notice the names on the above list, then you will see the names of Federal Judges, Military General's, United States Senators, members of the House of Representatives, and other key people in highly placed positions within society. There are very few of those individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses that are honest, honorable, and reputable towards the real and genuine concerns of the common people, especially companies like the Amway Corporation, and the above named individuals associated with that business.

The Heritage and Rutherford Institute's have very close ties with the Reverend RJ Rushdoony's Chalcedon, as do a majority of the other individuals, groups, organizations, and businesses that are an integral working part of the extreme and dangerous radical religious right. The one key link to elements of the radical religious right appears to be Chalcedon, and its extreme Orthodox Christian beliefs and teachings.

Information that has been gathered by this author indicates that most, if not all, of the upper echelon of the radical religious right receive their marching orders in one way or another from Chalcedon, Inc. and its cadre of staff like the Rev. RJ Rushdoony, Rev. Andrew Sandlin, and Colonel V. Doner. Colonel V. Doner is considered by many to be one of the master architects and central figures behind the radical religious right movement, while Rushdoony and Sandlin are considered its religious mentors. The Reverend RJ Rushdoony has been credited with being the father of the new Orthodox Christian Reform Movement, and in almost every way related to this movement, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, and other Christian religious leaders mimic and repeat exactly what Rushdoony says in regards to that movement and its beliefs.

The Rutherford Institute being run by John Whitehead, was set up in direct cooperation with the Rev. RJ Rushdoony. In 1982 Whitehead echoed the beliefs and teachings of his colleague and mentor, RJ Rushdoony, with these statements: "Getting involved in local politics will eventually mean Christians running for office. This will include attending and eventually taking control of party conventions where grass-roots decisions are made... The challenge of the Christian attorney is to be a vocal, dynamic spokesman for the true legal profession -- the one with Christ at its center -- and to stop at nothing less than reclaiming the whole system." What we are talking about here folks, is the takeover and overthrow of the Constitution, and the United States government, by the belief structure and forces of RJ Rushdoony and his misguided Orthodox Christian religion. Does it look like a conspiracy? Well my grandfather taught me a little rhyme to define whether or not it is a conspiracy: "If it looks like shit and smells like shit, it probably is shit." From the view and the smell that I continue to get from the radical religious right, and the continual barrage of smelly disinformation that they continue to shovel out to the American people on a daily basis, I would definitely say that yes, it smells like shit, therefore, it must be a conspiracy. In fact and reality, it is a well defined conspiracy, and one that is almost totally in the open for everyone to see and witness.

Don't let yourself be deceived and manipulated any longer by the outright lies, and misconstructed truths that Federalism continues to impose on the masses of American people. Read for yourself the reality of what the truth really is, and then decide for yourself, but don't continue to fall prey to the cunning attacks of the vultures and jackals of Federalism! All that they want from you is your devoted slavery, and the money in your pockets. Remember, it is that manipulated free-will slavery of the masses of people to those powers and forces, and the money that you freely give to them, that continues to keep those individuals, groups, and organizations in power and control. Without that manipulated free-will slavery that Federalism forces on the people, and without the massive amounts of money that the masses of people in the United States freely and continually give to those forces, there would be no Federalism. In its place would reside the "true" Republic, under a viable and effective United States Constitution, and one that would be working for all the people, instead of working for just the select few that are currently getting the majority of gain and benefit from Federalism.

The greatest and most real danger to this Nation and the masses of its people continues to arise from those hostile elements that are from within, and not from the outside [without], and this is a danger for the United States that Thomas Jefferson and other American founders foresaw, and warned us about 200 years ago. In an article in The Roundhead Watch, there will be information about how the radical religious right purposely overthrew the power structure of the Republican Political Party, and simply took over that party for the purpose of politically promoting their own religiously backed goals and agenda, i.e., putting their Christian God and Bible above all else, including the United States Constitution and their duty to correctly support, preserve, and to protect that Constitution. Goal number two of the radical religious right, is to take over the Democratic Party and to convert it to their goals and agenda. That takeover of the Democratic Party by the radical right, is already well underway. The material for this new and upcoming article on the radical religious right has unwittingly been supplied by some its top brass. So much for the concept and belief that members of the radical right have any common sense, let alone brains. Vanity and ego will get them every time! After all, that's what finally got Ken Starr - ego and vanity..

In this new article, and future articles to come, you'll find out who the masterminds and architects of the radical religious right are, and what organizations (groups) that they are aligned with. You'll also find out the harsh and severely strict future that they have planned for America and the rest of the World. In future articles our readers will also discover that the "New World Order" conspiracy being preached by these radical right wing individuals and groups, is nothing more than a red herring to cover up the real conspiracy of what they are doing to this Nation and the rest of the World.

As for the question that the title to this issue poses; the issue of protecting the flag is nothing more than a ruse, that is being used to further the agenda and belief structure of the radical religious right, which is part of a larger plan by the right to establish a form of government that will be a Nationalist Federal Fascist Christian State. The shadow of the Fascists are among us like a plague [disease], and it will only be the masses of people that will be able to stop this plague. The only other alternative to stopping this movement and plague is the total submission to it, and in so doing we as Americans will be flushing our Blessings of Liberty right down the toilet.

It's your choice. The Nazi Germany style of fascist government that brings tyranny, oppression, and death, or the Blessings of Liberty under a fully supported and preserved United States Constitution -- you can't have both. You either fully support and therefore preserve and protect the United States and its Constitution, or you do not -- one choice makes you a traitor and the other makes you a true American patriot -- so which shall it be, traitor or patriot, you can't have it both ways. You are either a true American and fully support the constitution word for word, clause for clause, principle for principle, and right for right, or you are a traitor -- there is no in between on this issue. It's either traitor or patriot.

The radical religious right, the movement, and its leaders and primary participants, must be stopped cold in their tracks. The alternative to not doing so, and hoping that the problem will quietly go away, is a mistake.

The solution to solving this dilemma is the mass input and involvement of the people through peaceable methods of civil disobedience and protest. The method of peaceful disobedience and protest is up to the people.
