Every generation is equal in rights
to the generations which preceded it,
by the same rule
that every individual is born equal
in rights with his contemporary.
Thomas Paine

Rights of Man, Part I

The equality of all people is the first and most important of all the Natural Laws and is the foundation on which American civil liberties and rights are based. So just what is Natural Law?

Heraclitus and Aristotle, both Greek philosophers, were two of the earliest to elaborate on the Natural Laws. Both considered the Natural Laws as a common wisdom and rule of justice that pervaded the whole of the entire universe, and because of this, the Natural Laws were considered a universally valid and natural consciousness.

Hugo Grotius, 1583-1645, a famous Dutch jurist, is considered by many as the founder of the modern day principals and theories surrounding Natural Law. Grotius viewed the Natural Law's as a simple and consistent composition of rules, that through simple reasoning, were valid even if there were no GOD or even if human beings were of no concern or consequence to GOD. In other words, the Natural Laws preceded (came before) the Law's of Moses and all of the Biblical Laws created by mankind. For more on this read Thomas Paine's, Rights of Man, Part I, which is presented at the end of this page.

Legal theory when combined with the Natural Laws creates a doctrine whereby nature has endowed human beings with certain inalienable rights that cannot be violated by any governing authority. This theory is present in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights of the United States of America. The Natural Laws are the foundation cornerstones for all of our basic human rights as people and as Americans.

As Federalism started gaining control of the lives of the masses of American people in the 1800's, so did the Christian federalist propaganda machine and their manipulation-to-control-people movement. During this time period the Federalist/Christian bonding was quick to state that the Natural Law's were unproveable and nothing but hogwash, and the Natural Law's quickly were shoved aside for Biblical (GOD's) Law's. As this started happening more and more basic human rights of the American people started becoming buried under the vast amount of weight of the Christian state-sponsored-religion in America. The only problem with this level of consciousness, is that GOD and the Christian Biblical Law's are much harder to prove than the Natural Law's, and therefore, the Laws of God are much more circumspect and open to question and criticism than those laws and rights that are natural and inherent to mankind.

Many Federalist/Christians will argue that the Bible is the authoritative proof that Biblical Law supersedes all of the Natural Law's, because the Bible is GOD's word. Facts within history prove that argument to be incorrect and also the biggest lie of all time! So what is left, as it has been since the beginning of time, is the Natural Law's. When was the last time that you actually physically saw GOD in person, as compared to the last time that you saw a tree or felt a drop of rain or saw a forest burn?

The Laws of Nature are just, but terrible.
There is no weak mercy in them.
Cause and consequence are inseparable and inevitable.
The elements have no forbearance.
The fire burns, the water drowns, the air consumes,
the earth buries.
And perhaps it would be well for our race
if the punishment of crimes against the Laws of Man
were as inevitable as the punishment of crimes
against the Laws of Nature---
were Man as unerring in his judgments as Nature.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
1807-1882

In essence the rights under Natural Law are all of those which pertain to man in right of his existence. They are first and foremost, all rights which establish his or her equality with every other human being, i.e., all intellectual rights (that includes freedom of speech, freedom of religion, etc.), the ability and power to be able to redress government, and above all else, the absolute right to an equal and equivalent representation within government. Other rights also include the right to shelter, food, and fire (energy) on an equal and fair basis, and all of the other right's that make up mankind's existence on this planet.

In the United States, Natural Laws's and Rights are the formula that makes up the basic human rights of the masses of American people. They are found in both the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and they are something that no one in Congress or the government has a right to take away from you, especially those rights under the First and Ninth Article's of the Bill of Rights.

A right is not what someone gives you;
it's what no one can take from you.
Ramsey Clark
1927-
Former U.S. Attorney General

So just what are the basic human rights of the American people in the United States of America?

1. The right to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Not unless you are rich and can buy what you want from the Congress!

2. The right of the people to a Congress and a government that will not misconstruct or abuse the rights of the masses of people protected under the Bill of Rights. The right of the people that will have a Congress that will listen to and follow the will of the people. The events surrounding the impeachment of President Bill Clinton by the House of Representatives in late 1998 has proven that the people do not have a Congress that listens to the will of the people. What the impeachment has proven, is that Congress serves only it's own special agenda and interests - and the will and interests of the masses of people be damned!

3. The right of the people to a Congress and a government that shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Congress continues to erode and/or ignore these most absolute of American rights.

4. All of the other rights enumerated to in the Bill of Rights. Congress continues to infringe on these rights as well.

5. Equal and fair Representation in Congress that equals one Representative for every 30,000 people. For the United States to have a "true" Republican Form of Government this amount of Representation (one Representative for every 30,000 people) is an essential and necessary ingredient. In 1929 the Congress unconstitutionally set Representation in the House at 435 members, which at the end of 1998, equals one member in the House for approximately every 650,000 people. This type of Representation in the House (one member for every 650,000 people) more closely resembles a "Parliamentary" type of government, rather than a constitutional government under a supposedly Republican Form of Government, as was established by the United States Constitution in 1787.

6. An election system that is fair and equitable to all classes of people, that gives them an equal and fair opportunity to seek and obtain offices of public trust. Currently only those with large sums of wealth and influence can "buy" their way into public office - not exactly what the founding fathers had in mind when they wrote the Constitution!

7. NO DIRECT TAXES unless such taxation is based on the enumeration of the masses of people. The people in the United States currently have a system of taxation without adequate Representation in government.

8. The money (currency) is to belong directly to the masses of the people and it's value is to be determined by the people's direct Representation in Congress. In 1913 Congress unconstitutionally removed ownership of the peoples money, and placed the ownership of the people's money into the hands of private investors. The action of placing the ownership of the money into private hands was not representative of a Republican Form of Government, as established by the United States Constitution, but it does closely resemble the actions of a "Parliamentary" form of government.

9. No standing Army during peacetime. Congress continues to support the "Military Industrial Complex" and massive war machine, and once again this is not what the founding fathers had in mind when they wrote the Constitution and founded the United States of America.

10. The Right of Habeas Corpus.

11. No Bills of Attainder (attachment) or ex post facto laws.

12. No tax on articles transported from one state to another.

13. No titles of nobility.

14. All government officials are bound to strictly uphold and enforce their constitutional duties by supporting, protecting, and defending the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Congress continues to ignore this constitutional mandate.

15. The judicial power shall extend to all cases in Law and Equity, and all laws shall be as equally binding on the government as it is on the masses of people. Congress quickly destroyed this constitutional right with the passage of the 11th Amendment.

16. Trial of all crimes by jury. All jury rights to be upheld, including the right to judge and determine the law itself.

17. A strict accounting of all records and monies under government control by Congress. Vast amounts of money continue to be misused by Congress, or just disappear, with little to no real concern being shown by Congress.

18. The constitutional GUARANTEE that the government of the United States is to be a Republican Form of Government, and not a loosely construed form of republican government, as currently exists. The United States continues to have more of a "Parliamentary" form of government, rather than a constitutionally correct Republican Form of Government.

19. That no constitutional amendment made prior to the year 1808 may interfere or infringe with, in any manner, the mass of the peoples rights to equal and fair representation and taxation. The 11th Amendment to the Constitution is in direct conflict with this constitutional mandate.

20. That NO RELIGIOUS TEST of any type or manner may be used and/or applied to hold any public office! The conservative element of Congress continues to ignore this constitutional mandate, and by so doing, are also in direct violation of failing to support and preserve the true and real intent of the Constitution.

21. The Constitution and Bill of Rights are to be the "Supreme Law" of the land, and anything that is contrary to those rights may not be executed or put into law. Congress continues to ignore this and to use the Constitution and Bill of Rights for their own special agenda and interests.

Those are the basic human rights that in the very minimum every American is entitled to. The ones in red are the rights that have been nullified and voided out by long range Federal government infringement.

WHOA! They're all red! That's right, not one basic human right guaranteed to the masses of American people remains intact.

Through a long range, and well calculated systematic attack by the powers and forces of federalism, not one basic human right of the American people remains a basic human right. What remains as rights is whatever the Federal government determines is our rights!

The truth is what it is, and the truth is, that the masses of American people remain under the bondage of a well manipulated and calculated Federalistic tyranny and oppression, covering all aspects of their existence.

A state that denies its citizens their basic rights
becomes a danger to its neighbors as well:
internal arbitrary rule will be reflected
in arbitrary external relations.
The suppression of public opinion, the abolition of public competition
for power and its exercise
opens the way for the state power to arm itself
in any way it sees fit.
...A state that does not hesitate to lie to its own people
will not hesitate to lie to other states.
Vaclav Havel
Czech President
1936-

F.A.C.T.S. and its founder, Sherwood C. Ensey, have undertaken the task of fully restoring all of the basic human rights that the masses of American people are currently being denied by Congress and the Federal government. How can the United States begin to tell other countries around the world to straighten up their acts and grant basic human rights, when the United States own record of abuses to it's own basic human rights is in such a shambles!

STOP THE LIE AMERICA!
GIVE THE PEOPLE BACK THEIR BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL
HUMAN RIGHTS!

United States Bill of Rights - Read the original Bill of Rights as it was presented to the several states and then ratified by them. This is the "unrevised version" and shows the Preamble and other important wording that was intentionally left out of the federalist revised version of the Bill of Rights. Also includes the two Articles that were not ratified by the States.
