This site is maintained for the purpose of the Freedom and the Advancement of the Conscious Truth in Society, and to the establishment of a real and lasting world peace as a result of that conscious truth and freedom. We are all one on this planet, and we are all due the equal and basic human rights, under the Natural Laws and Rights granted to us by the ever eternal Universal Laws and powers, which governs and guides all things throughout this vast universe. In turn we are responsible to each other for every action that we take, and we owe it to each other, and to ourselves, to create a world based on Do No Harm. We believe that the teaching and practice of Do No Harm, is vastly superior to any religious belief or teachings, and that to achieve a true and lasting peace among all living things, and among all Nations, we as humans must put Do No Harm above what ever religious beliefs or teachings that we might follow. It is through the applied use of Do No Harm and the practice of brotherly love, that we can best serve the global good of all humanity.
The secondary purpose of this site is to restore the basic "republican" rights and principles of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, back to the masses of American people, who have had these rights and principles, slowly and methodically, stripped away from them by the select few in power. We maintain that Freedom of Speech is essential to a government and a society that relishes the Blessings of Liberty and a free society! We maintain that there must be a mandatory and full separation of church and state, as strictly called for by the First Article of the Bill of Rights. We maintain that there must be full Freedom of the Press, without it's current Federalist manipulation and control. We maintain that the 11th Amendment must be repealed or voided out, and that the masses of people be allowed the redress of government that they were supposed to have been guaranteed by the First Amendment. We firmly maintain that the masses of people must have firm control over both their money and their destiny, and currently the masses of people lack control over either one of these.
We oppose repressive conservative Federalist government, which perpetually turns a congenitally deaf ear to the voices of the masses of common people, and purposely violate's the peoples constitutional rights, and refuses to hear, and/or accept redress of grievance issues from them. We oppose the unfair, unequal, and manipulated under-representation of the masses of people in their Congress, and firmly believe in the original and intended constitutional representation in Congress of one member in the House of Representatives, for every 30,000 people in the population. Currently, the constitutional ratio has been manipulated, by those select few in power, to where that representation in the House now equals one Representative for approximately every 750,000 people.
We believe that to have a properly running and constitutionally balanced Republican Form of Government, as prescribed by the correct and proper language in the original embodiment of the US Constitution, and as was fully intended by those who authored the Constitution, then the correct constitutional ratio of one member in the House of Representatives for every 30,000 people, must be adhered to and immediately restored. For the proper balance in our government to be fully restored and working, and for the United States to be a true republic with a healthy and working Republican Form of Government, then the general masses of people in the US must be given their constitutional right to have their voice in Congress heard, and that voice will be based on the republican principled formula of the original US Constitution, ie., one member in the House for every 30,000 people in the population.
We believe in the full restoration of all the powers and authority of the "republican" rights and principles, as they are correctly and properly enumerated to in the United States Constitution, as it was Ordained and Established to the masses of American people, and to their Posterity, in 1787. We can prove in a court of law, including the world court, if necessary, that the United States does not currently have the constitutionally correct form of a Republican Form of Government, as fully intended and clearly laid out by the original authors and designers of the US Constitution. We can prove in those same court's of law, if necessary, that the current system of government in the United States, violates the proper and intended constitutional meaning and guarantee, that every state [and thus every person] shall be guaranteed a Republican Form of Government.
We propose that already existing United States constitutional principles and rights, be put immediately into action and into play, as is "correctly" required by the United States Constitution, and that the "true" Republican Form of Government be fully and completely restored to the masses of people of the United States. It's just this plain and simple; if those in power are unable to address the Redress of Grievances, that they have been officially served, then there is no really functional United States Constitution or Republican Form of Government at all, and that the only government that exists in the United States is a Federal Run State Government for the benefit and gain of the few.
The United States Constitution either works for all the people or it doesn't work at all! It is either applied to all or to none, there is no in between, and there are no exemptions to the rule!
If there is no "correct" Constitution and properly running Republican Form of Government, then the only thing left has to be a Federalist Run State Government, an oligarchy, for the benefit and gain of the select few, and very loosely based on what used to be a viable United States Constitution. Loose laws for the select in power and strict laws for all the rest of the people! The code and creed of the ties, which bind's the slave's to the their masters.
Look all around you, look at nature, the government, society, religion, drugs, crime, and all the rest, and then ask yourself, is this really the type of America and environment that you want and prefer for our children and our future?
Examine closely, the recent and outlandishly abusive and biased tactics of the conservative radical right that is in control and power of the House of Representatives and other parts of Congress, members who have ignored, and continue to ignore the voices of the people, who have held secret deliberations away from the ears of the people, members of Congress who continually use tactics and actions that are "hostile" to the true intent and meanings of the Constitution. Are these really the type of actions that you and I want from our members of Congress? Are these really the type of actions that would make Thomas Jefferson and James Madison proud? People, there is no accountability factor that those in Congress feel that they have to follow, not the Constitution, and most certainly not the voices of the people!
Wake up people! Positive changes come about and happen, only when people get directly involved in removing the negative elements from their lives and start bringing about the process of positive change to their lives. Many of the problems that exist in government and society today, in the United States, probably could have been avoided if the constitutionally mandated "republican" principles that make up what a "true" Republican Form of Government is, had been followed and adhered to. Instead, for the last 208 years, the freedoms, intellectual rights, and those precious "republican" principles and rights of the Constitution and the American people, have been stripped away by one self-serving and abusive, mostly conservative Congress after another - until we arrive to where we are today in the United States - a totally out of control Congress that is totally blinded by their own agenda and interests, and as a result, a Congress and government that is impious towards the greater percentage of people in this Nation. Worse than that is the fact that Congress, mainly the House of Representatives, still takes the firm position with the masses of people in America, that the people's opinions and concerns about the United States and it's government are not important, and the Constitution can be damned as well. This is nothing more than the self-serving attitude of Congress; that they [the Congress] will do whatever they want to with the people and the Constitution of the United States, because the people put them there and gave them [the Congress], the explicit power to do exactly as they [the Congress] see fit to do!
Because of that self-serving attitude by the conservative and radical right members of Congress, and the current political system that has been put into place by elements of the Radical Religious Right, this Nation continues to fall deeper into a constitutional quagmire that is in effect reducing what is left of this Republic into a shambles. There is so little left of the original intent and purpose of the United States Constitution, that our Constitution now appears more like a piece of Swiss cheese for the rats, than it does as the viable and working document that it is supposed to be for the people and government of this Nation.
No longer is the United States a "true" constitutional Republic for all the people, but rather it has become a Christian dominated Federalist Run State Government[say hello to "true" Fascism people!], for the benefit and gain of the select few who happen to belong to that select group(s). Members of Congress and individuals elsewhere in United States government, continue to act more like they are supporting and running a Parliamentary form of government for themselves and their select friends, rather than correctly supporting the constitutionally mandated Republican Form of Government, for all the masses of people, as required by order of the United States Constitution. [Note: 97% of the members of Congress are of various Christian faiths.]
The "true" Republic that the United States people should have as a Nation and as a government, and the Republican Form of Government guaranteed and required by Article Four, Section Four of the United States Constitution, has been conveniently replaced by a look alike fraud, that is not a Republican Form of Government at all. While a quick examination of the current Federal form of United States government may look like a republican form of government, a closer inspection reveals that in fact the government that the United States has, is a form of republican government - not a Republican Form of Government..
The founder of F.A.C.T.S. and this web site, comes from a background of some of the earliest colonial American familes to settle and carve out the rugged wilderness of the New World. These early decedents first arrived in the New World, on the St. Charles River in the Baltimore Colonies, Maryland, in 1636. John Ensey, a colonial Maryland Senator and a many times great-grandfather of the founder of F.A.C.T.S., was instrumental in helping author some of the early republican concepts and principles that went into the early Articles of Confederation, and which later found their way into the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. Many members of these founding American families, like the Ensey family, fought and struggled in adverse and harsh conditions, and gave their lives in the American Revolution, and they did this for the republican ideals and principles on which this great Nation was to be established and built.
The early American Ensey family was strong Jeffersonian style anti-federalists, and they believed in a government which is a "true" Republic; one guided and founded by a strong and secure Constitution, and established on a sound foundation of republican principles and rights, and based on the natural laws and basic human rights of all induviduals. These anti-federalist families and individuals, also believed that these constitutionally guaranteed republican right's and principles are "absolute" to the correct maintenance of a true constitutional Republican Form of Government, and the guarnatee thereof, and the Ensey family believed this right alongside the likes of Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams, James Madison, and other strong anti-federalists of the day. These were the individuals and families who envisioned, and saw the United States as a true Republic, where the masses of people would always have a permanent voice, will, and place within their government.
The grand experiment of a new and true Republic, the American Republic, was the purpose and intent of the United States Constitution. A whole new Nation and government would evolve, and as a result of this a new society would emerge. This would be a society and people more blessed by the Blessings of Liberty than any on Earth - a virtual lighthouse throwing out it's light of hope and freedom for all the World to see. This new and true American Republic never emerged, as it was overshadowed and quickly consumed by Alexander Hamilton and his forces of European Federalism, who merely twisted and bent the United States Constitution and government to their own liking. That same bending and twisting of the United States Constitution by the modern forces and allies of Federalism and radicalism, continues at this very moment.
The legacy and spirit of love for how the United States Constitution is supposed to operate and what it truly means and intends, and what the "true" Republic really is, has been handed down from father to son in the Ensey family, since the earliest times of the American Revolution. This same legacy and spirit of the American Revolution continues to live on in the different pages of material and articles that are located at this web site. This modern American family, like its revolutionary counterparts, continues to carry on the 250 years of American traditions of supporting and promoting a true American Republic through a fair, equal, viable, and working Constitution for all the masses of people in the United States. We do not believe in rule by the select few for the profit and benefit of the few; we believe in a Nation where rule is by the will and voice of the masses and for the profit and benefit of the masses.
We at F.A.C.T.S. believe in an America where all the different voices, from all the different walks and places of American life, have a fair and equal place within their government, and to accomplish this we believe in the Established and Ordained constitutional and republican principle of one member in the House of Representatives for every 30,000 people enumerated to in the US population. We believe that the only path-way to a true and working American Republic, and Republican Form of Government, as intended and Established by the United States Constitution, is through the republican constitutional principle of Representation as it is embodied within the original text of the US Constitution. Until We the People have this voice of representation within government, then there can be no "guaranteed Republican Form of Government" as prescribed in ARTICLE 4 Section 4 of the US Constitution, because the original intent and meaning of the republican principle of representation has been altered to mean something quite different entirely.
We strongly hold to the constitutional republican principles which build a Wall of Separation between Church and State. We believe that religion and God, and belief or non-belief, is an individual right, and that religion has no place whatsoever in the politics or running of government, or in interpreting the constitution and civil law's of the United States of America. As long as religion continues to meddle in politics and the running of government, then we will be there to report and write on it. We do not approve of religious deception, special breaks for religion, and we do not believe that criminal activity should be tolerated or excused because it was caused by religious error.
The purpose of F.A.C.T.S. is to enlighten and inform the people as to what the true Republic really is, as it was envisioned by those who constructed the principles and rights behind the Constitution and the republican concept of government and society.
We have many goals in mind for the work that we are doing, but one of our most important goals which we are working towards, is to help facilitate a re-birth of the true American spirit, and in so doing to bring about the birth of the correct constitutional form of government as was fully intended by our forefathers - the true Republic of the United States of America. A constitutional Republic, with a Republican Form of Government is the government that is currently guaranteed to the American people by ARTICLE IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution. The current form and structure of the working government and Constitution of the United States, is no where near that which was intended by those who authored, and promised the masses of American people. What better goal to work towards than the one that would give the most benefit to the masses of American people, namely a true American Republic.
America is not the intended republic that it was to be. It is quite literally a government that is a fraud en masque.
At F.A.C.T.S., our duty is to strip away and to expose what is underneath that mask, and to reveal to you the reader, exactly what is under that mask and behind the fraud that has been destroying America for the last 209 years. You'll uncover information, like the very important part of the Bill of Rights, that quite literally has been set aside for convenience by the powers and forces of Federalism - yet this part of the Bill of Rights, known as the PREAMBLE to the Bill of Rights, very much remains a ratified and approved part of why the Bill of Rights was passed by the several States in the first place in 1791.
So join us as we continue our journey of discovery and exploration into the world of Federalism, and the harm that monstrously wealthy dominated Federalist powers continue to inflict on the United States and on world society as a whole. We are dedicated to getting at the established truth and the facts, and then getting that information to the reader in a useful manner.
Much of the information at this web site will be controversial in nature to many, especially to those who are strong Federalists and know exactly how harmful this information and material is to their position of current power and control over the masses of people in the United States. Some will not understand the information, as they will view the information and material, which is really intended as simple material and logic, as something more complex with attached innuendos and metaphors to be attached to it. The logic, and what is to be intended and meant by the Constitution has a simple equation behind it, and one that was attached to it by those who put and authored the concepts and practices into the Constitution, and that is; for all definitions of construction and meaning, one should merely go back to the time that the Constitution was authored and apply the meanings given to it by those who put the concepts and practices of the Constitution together and authored it. When you do that then you will find out what the true intent of the Constitution is all about.
The lawyers job is to hack away at the Constitution and to apply whatever metaphors and other meanings that they can to it. It is the job of the republican constitutionalists along with the power of the people, to put into check and balance the continual destruction and havoc that the lawyers wreck on the Constitution while practicing their profession. THIS IS WHY IT IS A NEGATIVE AND VERY BAD PRACTICE ON A SOCIETY TO ELECT LAWYERS INTO POLITICAL POSITIONS! The quickest way to destroying the liberties and freedoms of the people of any country, is to let the lawyers have unlimited power and access to the running of government, while at the same time excluding or negating the necessary power of checks and balances that the voice and will of the masses of the people are supposed to have in the running of their government.
There are no other meanings to the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, other than those meanings and intentions that were originally given to them, and for the purposes for which they were intended. Merely look to the situation of the people and the society at the time, and there you will find the answers as to true intent and meaning, and for what purposes the Constitution and Bill of Rights were Established and Ordained.
We as a people and as individuals, can continue to follow the path that makes us the unwitting slaves of the continued tyranny and oppression that binds us all, or as a people united we can choose the peaceful , constitutional, and truly American path to restoring the true American Republic which will eventually free us all. All it takes to make this change is to simple things: 1.) A little of your time and involvement., 2.) Your voice and your vote! That's the formula that those in power use to keep themselves in power with, and it is also the same formula that those in power fear the most; because if the people ever get the simple knowledge of how easy it would be for them [the people] to take control of the power through the vote, it would completely alter how much power that those currently in Congress have.
Figure the logic and sensibility of this two point formula: Point #1, The minority continue to use their vote to stay in power and to control what the majority gets. Point #2, The majority continue to exercise their right not to vote, and through this process freely throw away their rights and liberties, and allow the minority the right to control their lives and to enslave them. What type of mentality and individual in the majority, if given the free and given right to have the right of justice and power on their side, through the simple exercise of the power and voice of the vote, would freely allow the side on the minority to enslave them by not casting that vote? In America, the masses of people enslave themselves through their own silence, initiated by their failure not to get involved, and through their continued silence of not voting! As a result, the majority of Americans have simply given their free and willing consent to those in power, and that they agree to being enslaved to those in power, just as long as they can continue to get their share of the scraps that are left-over.
