'Many who by him were taught went on to become... Yet...
Those taught by him, and us, both, graduated from the same
school... How one only realizes these later!'

"Have, always, done us proud, the service to, both, the state
and the nation, of those who by him were taught"

Motivation on education, teaching, popularity of teacher Orhan Ari was such, in the
50s Cypriots overseas were volunteering school fees of poor pupils he was teaching

Teacher Ari's motivation skills'd proven successful since 1940s in teaching
& as applied to individual students and to communities everywhere teacher
Ari was teaching, and showed a clear understanding and appreciacition in
line with present day theories & techniques of the kinds of incentives which
more appealed to human nature -that in teaching, education, social progress
and development, complex and unstable needs of man involved more than
incentive of adequate financial extrincis reward, that rewards symbolizing
personal & social status, worth, and such intrinsic rewards as independence
too were important aspirations of men everywhere as significant incentives.

Motivation by teacher Ari -desire to excel: 'Rin-Tin-Tin barks, gets applause;
your dog's bark disturbs - but yours too, with training, has the same potential...
