Guild Recruiting Policy

Unchained is a guild of like-minded adventurers in the world of EQ. Unlike many Guilds on The Seventh Hammer, we prize friendship above all else. We do not exist simply to raid or to uberfy people; we seek to provide an enjoyable environment through which mature players can experience the high-end game.

  • Players interested in joining the Guild should post an application here or approach an Officer for advice.

  • Our main requirement for joining the Guild is that you must obtain recommendations from 3 existing Guild members. In addition to this, grouping with Guildmembers is encouraged. This is to ensure that you will be able to mesh with the Guild and vice versa. Our style is unique, and it would be best for all involved to gauge each other before going any further.

  • After obtaining the recommendations but before invitation, a general query will be put to the Guild. As long as there are no strenuous objections, an invite will usually be offered. The Guild Leader holds the final decision upon membership.

  • All new members will be subject to a 1 month trial period. During this period they are not entitled to roll/request for items, unless told to do so. The Guild frowns strongly on loot-centric or self-centred people and suggests that they will enjoy themselves more elsewhere.

  • We are not a heavy raiding guild
  • Main hours of activity are evening GMT- evening EST.
  • Only mature players should apply.
  • Claws of Veeshan faction
  • Minimum unbuffed resists of around 100
  • While we don't have a strict level requirement, we do suggest a minimum level of 51, mainly for the purpose of raids as you will most likely not be able to join in unless you are above this level.
