Florimel is the sort who organises things, hoping against hope that she will not break a finger-nail. After Amber became a no-go area, Flora holed up with Benedict for a while, while seeing to his place on Earth, and repainting most of it, and then found her way to Valliard's Haven, to meet Gelt Carl and organise the move back to Amber for the common people.
