¿L³J steamed eggs with milk

Ingredients:

(For making 1 bowl of the dessert)

2/3 bowl of milk

2.5 tablespoon of sugar

3/4 to 1 egg (if you choose to use only egg white instead of the whole egg, use more than this quantity)

Procedures:

1. Mix the sugar into the milk

2. Boil the sugar+milk mixture

3. While waiting for the sugar+milk mixture to boil, beat the egg(s) until the egg york and egg white well mix.

    (Try to avoid introducing bubbles while beating)

4. Pour the beaten egg(s) into the bowl(s).

5. When the sugar+milk mixture is boiling, slowly add the mixture into the bowl(s).

6. Cover the bowl(s) with aluminum foil.

7. Steam the bowl(s) for 10min.

8. Remover from heat, and can be served hot or cold.
