Eriol's lover was Mizuki Kaho. Kaho Mizuki was Touya's teacher in his past. She very a pretty lady & have kindness. Eriol sended her to help Sakura's judgement with Yue. Kaho first met Eriol in England when she was studying/teaching there. In anime, Kaho & Eriol relationship was not look close...but in manga their relationship  really make them looks couple.
