Apartment rental: apartment for rent in Calpe directly to the owner
| Conditions: |
| 1. Rental begins at 4 PM on the arrival day. Rental ends at 10 AM on the departure day. |
| 2. The tenant engages to a careful handling of the apartment and its furniture and is liable for possible damages. |
| 3. The 40% of the total amount in the moment of the reservation and in one month before the rental, the rest of the amount. |
| 4. In order to secure the careful handling of the rented furniture and objects, a deposit amount, when handing over the key, in form of cash or check will be required. This amount will be refunded on departure day, provided everything is OK. |
| 5. ln case of cancellation: If the cancellation is done before 30 days, the 50% will be delivered. In case the cancellation is done after 30 days, the total rental amount will be paid. |
| 6. With the booking and down payment, the tenant fully accepts the prominent conditions. |
- The towels and bed sheets will be optional (8 € per person) -
The house will be cleaned. |
