"THE FACILITIES"

"THE POOLS" a large swimming pool, a children's paddling pool and a jacuzzi.
"THE LAKE" Fishing, without any charge. Canoes are for hire, swimming,and a sandy beach area.
"THE PLAY AREA" situated near the pool, consisting of climbing frame, swing bridge and swings.
"THE TODDLER'S AREA" situated beside the pool and the terrace.
"THE SPORTS AREA" new in 2004, a dedicated court; for fotball, volley ball, basket ball, and badminton.
"THE TENNIS COURTS" a full sized court and a half court. Rackets and balls are available for hire.

The campsite - le Moulinal is situated in the Dordogne area of France: close to the border of with the Lot and Garonne region. The site has been established over 20 years: owned, managed and run by the same family. Although one of the largest sites in the region, the mobile homes and chalets are discreetly placed among trees, bushes and shrubs. There are a number of different herbs growing wild within the site and a large number of hazel nut trees. All the buildings are made of local stone.
The lake is fed by a stream which runs along the edge of the site, and can be drained under the road.
Evening entertainment is by outside groups and student animateurs hired for the season. The main entertainment takes place throughout July and August, although activities daily and evening are run during the low season.The site has all the facilities for a family with childfren of any age, and is also suitable for the mature couples, in May, June and early September, who enjoy quiet relaxed holiday.
"THE BAR" Open all day to serve alcoholic drinks, none alcoholic drinks and ice creams. Table tennis tables and bar billiard table, together with pinball machines.
"THE TERRACE" situated near the pool area with parasoles, tables and chairs. A stage is situated on the side ready for the evening entertainment.
"THE CONFERENCE ROOM" situated near the bar and used for celebration meals, and the evening disco.
"THE RESTAURANT" situated near the lake, provides a good a la carte menu together with a series of local dishes.
"THE SHOP" better than most campsite shops with a good selection of food, fresh and packed, newspapers, wines, beers and soft drinks.
"THE TAKEAWAY" situated behind the shop open from lunch time for various meals including pizza, roast chicken, salads cold meat dishes.
