PREAMBLE
The Holy Order of Cherubim and Seraphim Church Movement is an indigenous, African, Pentecostal Church which  was founded in Kaduna in 1941. The doctrine practised by the Church is as laid down in 1925 by Late Moses  Orimolade 'Tunolase through Divine inspiration. The Church emphasises the manifestation of the various powers of the Holy Spirit and efficacious prayer. It accepts unequivocally the Holy Bible as the last Court of appeal in all matters affecting her faith and conduct.

The Holy Order
In the concept of Cherubim and Seraphim Church Movement there are two major aspects of Pentecostalism. Firstly there is the experience of the Holy Spirit. Secondly, there is the result of the effect of the experience in the person the gift within the individual to manifest Christ.

There are two other prominent facts about Pentecostalism in Cherubim and Seraphim Church Movement. Firstly, speaking in tongues which to the uninitiated is regarded as mysterious. When people speak. in -tongues, their entire body and mind are yielded to God's will. God directs the speaking of other languages not, learned.  A Minister of God once said, "It is a jubilee of rejoicing, because of God's restoration of communion with us".

The second distinctive feature of Cherubim and Seraphim Church Movement is faith healing. This does not mean that the Church abhors the use of medicine, doctors and hospitals, what it does mean is that prayer to and faith in God can also achieve healing.
The writing of the Articles of Religion is an exercise prompted by a desire to lighten the darkness that enshrouds -the Cherubim and Seraphim Church Movement in the minds of many Christians, and to bring to the knowledge of our unbelieving friends the basic tenets of our faith.

The Cherubim and Seraphim Articles of Religion cannot be different from those of other Christian organisations; Only they proclaim a truly spiritual faith. The messages were based upon the truth revealed in the past especially in the teaching of Moses on which foundation they all built. They were not against the rituals and ceremonies of the Law but they pleaded for a spiritual worship of God instead of the mere outward show. The Articles are written up for all, especially the enquiring mind without prejudice.
