Painted Unicorns Adoption Form

To get a baby, the first thing you need to do is sign yourself on the adoption waiting list.

As often as Silvanon can, she will randomly choose names from the list, and the chosen people will receive an animal. Winners will be announced at The Orchard Messagepost. Winners will then be asked to fill out the form below.

Next, a few details. Most important, here are the rules:

You must have a homepage.
Your page must not have racism, violence, pornography, ect, and must be generally child safe.
If you do not post each new stage within a week, your unicorn may become abandoned. If you will not be able to meet the deadline, you must let me know before said deadline arrives.
You may not alter your unicorn in any way without prior permission from me.
If your unicorn moves, you must let me know, and you are responsible for making sure I get the link changed on the parents list. Unicorns that move without notice may become abandoned.
Only one unicorn per foaling period. For the moment, however, you may have more than one growing at a time.
You must link back either to the Allonian homepage (http://www.oocities.org/Area51/Shire/2263/) or the Gavanian homepage (http://www.oocities.org/TimesSquare/Dome/2775/).
While there is no limit on how many total unicorns you may aquire, you are encouraged to be considerate of others trying to get them.

Now a bit of info. Colored unicorns are born live. They start as foals, and then go on into adulthood. A baby unicorn may take as long as a month to grow. Painted unicorns come in every color, but color patterns do tend to run in families. You will be informed of your foal's gender upon it's arrival, and it may take a week or two for Silvanon to deliver them once we've got the form.
