The ship sets sail for Gatathla. As it gets out into deeper water, Raidly informs you that this is ocean is known as the Monpak Entrada. As the ship sails, it becomes obvious that the waters are getting colder. You find yourself layering clothing to keep warm. Then, one dark night as you are lying on your bunk, you feel the ship give a stomach-wrenching lurch. You jump out of bed and run out onto the deck. Sailors are scrambling everywhere. Off to one side, you see several people crammed into the ship's two life boats.
You run to the side of the ship and look over. The ship has run into an iceberg! It is sinking this very moment! Ahh!!! You run towards the life boats, desperate to get on one. You are only halfway there when they both drop down to the water below. You look around widely, trying to find some other way to save yourself.
Suddenly, you remember the seashell Evend gave you at the beggining of your journey. You pull it out of your pocket, and rub it vigourously. Time and space seem to lurch around you...
