Andrews is the warden on the facility. He is the judge and juror but doesn't really think much more of himself than he thinks of the prisoners. He wants to know everything that's going on and seems to me that he is a difficult person, going from being mildly interested to shout in anger or vice versa. He is 85's big hero. The prisoners accepts him as their leader, but they doesn't really respect him more than he respects them. Andrews doesn't like it when Ripley arrives, making the prisoners dangerous and unreliable. He is also annoyed that the company is so interested in this intruder. Andrews is the alien's 5th victim (if you count Murphy in it) - killed in front of the prisoners.
