South Lake Tahoe, California – In 1999, the husband and wife team of Joe Chavez and Lucy Upton took over the management of Chris Haven Trailer Park.  Lucy, former Vice President of Bank of America Appraisal Operations in the State of Washington, returned to her family home and, through their combined excellent talents, transformed Chris Haven Trailer Park into Chris Haven Mobilehome and RV Community, a world-class year-round RV resort. 

Five years later, Chris Haven has achieved its goals.
