Custom Homes

We can build your home in paradise, according to your specifications. Contact us and we'll talk about it. Here are some homes that we've recently constructed (click on a picture to enlarge it):

The last picture shows the LAMBERT HOUSE, which is a large (1700 sq. ft.), concrete constructed, luxury home on Big Pine Key. This custom-built beauty has three bedrooms, a large enclosed porch, and room for a swimming pool. It also has a full downstairs enclosure and two-car garage. The home is on a deep-water canal, suitable for sailboats or powerboats, and close to open water. Click here for further pictures of the LAMBERT HOUSE -- which is a good example of our work.

Modular Homes

Nationwide Homes logo We also are an authorized Nationwide Homes builder of modular homes. The major difference between modular and conventional construction is the cost to the buyer. Modular homes cost up to 20% less. Factory components reduce cost yet allow the use of similar materials. Click here for more information on our modulars.

On the left below is a recent four-piece Nationwide modular home (Dorset, under the Village Collection) in Cudjoe Key. The other two pictures are of a recent modular home in Marathon (click on a picture to enlarge it):

Remodeling

We also can do remodeling work on your present home. Maybe you'd like to add a screened-in porch, or extra space downstairs, or an extra bedroom, or even another floor.

Here are pictures of three recent remodeling jobs. The first involved massive remodeling; we enclosed an outside deck to provide more inside living space, added a downstairs enclosure for storage and a garage, and added additional concrete columns and a catwalk around three sides. Although the home is right on the open water, it suffered no damage from the winds of Hurricane Georges. The two pictures give before and after shots; can you believe that it's the same building? (As before, click on a picture to enlarge it.)

The second job involved adding a jacuzzi; the two pictures give inside and outside shots.

The third was an historical renovation of a late 19th century commercial building in the historical section of Key West. This 1800 square foot structure had four 450 square foot offices. Now it is a beautiful home. T-Builders is proud to be a winner of a Certificate of Excellence for this project.

If you do remodeling properly, it looks like it's always been there. For this, you need the right contractor.
