Threre are three types of work study for CalWORKs students enrolled at City College of San Francisco. Work study provides a great opportunity for CalWORKs students to:

  • Gain valuable work experience
  • Help close the gap between school and work
  • Make extra money while still in school
  • Earn money that does not count against your cash aid

•On-Campus Work Study

If employed by City College of San Francisco, you may work at an instructional department or office site for a maximum of 15 hours during school sessions, 30 hours per week during intercessions, and during breaks if work and supervision are available.
