I wish i was still in Australia.. I dun wanna come back to S'pore man.. its so HOT here...
I came back here yest night and i was sweating.. lol terrible man..
Today went to the photo shop to develop the photos.. ok i better not talk anymore abt photos cos talkin abt it still makes my blood boil.. U will know y if u happen to read on. Ok so this is a long summary of what happened while i was on holiday.
3rd Sept
Reached Brisbane Intl Airport at abt 6am. The flight was terrible man.. I mean i clden sleep. Mayb its the chair. Its so hard and impossible to sleep in.. and i took SIA mind u.. i expect the ride to be comfortable.. Out of the airport it was sunny yet the breeze was so god damn cold.. wrong choice to wear a thin linen top and a skirt.. haha
Once i reach the resort i hit the bed and went to sleep.. lol soft mattress. then my mum woke me up to accompany her to the travel desk to book the weeks activities.. Lazily woke up and freshen up. The room was ok but we got a terrible scenery.. went down to ask for a room change, preferably facing the ocean but it seems only like the super VIP ppl get to stay there as its the penthouse and we are not VIP enuf.. crap man.. Well the room we got was still livable; there was the bedroom, then there's a hall and a dining table, microwave, fridge, and a cooking area.
The place i'm stayin in was in Colangatta, which was about 20 mins away from Surfers Paradise.. the busiest and noisiest place. Colangatta is more quiet, laid back, not much ppl but the resort is still in front of a beach.. so ehem ehem watch out surfer dudes.. wkahwkahwkaa
Once we had the week planned, we went ard the area to look for food, and well shop for stuff.. and dudes (for me at least) spotted one kebab shop right outside our resort and i was thinking is that all we are gonna have for the whole week? Not much halal food ard there unless we cook.. sucks man.
Dinner done, we heed back to have a long rest as we are gonna have a super fun long day ahead.
4th Sept
Went to Movieworld. One of my most fav place to be at in Australia. I already had seen the map while in Spore so I knew where to go 1st and pretty much knew the place cos I’ve been there once before and the place has not changed much. Really had a blast there and well i think we overspent our daily budget.. hahaha
I took the Scooby Doo roller coaster and my goodness.. it was a killer man.. hahha at 1st it was decent.. with Scooby and some ghost appearing at the sides and the cart going round slowly but then it went faster and faster with the cart going down BACKWARDS and going round u-turns at godness like 100km/h!! haha it was nerve wrecking man.. i was shivering when the car stopped! No more rides for me i tell u..
5th Sept
Next we visited Dreamworld and once i reached there and saw the huge roller coster.. my face turned blue. i know my mum is a sucker for those rides and she wld either pull me or my brother along, but in the end she pulled my 6 yr old sister to one of the spinning till u get a headache rides.. then she disappeared to have more rides.. lol i wonder where she got the guts to ride those.. I bought a roxy skirt, a roxy hat and a SPONGEBOB pushie!! *hug hug* he's my new darling..
6th Sept
We went for a 4-wheel drive to Mt Tamborine. The journey up was scary.. went up this steep narrow road of huge rocks and one look down the window u can see all the trees down the mountain. With the 4-wheel drive swaying from side to side, it felt like the vehicle cld just fall on its side.
The day was very physical as we had to walk in to the woods to have a view of the waterfalls and some mountains..
I got angry cos my sweet sister went to push the open button on the camera and the bloody film was exposed. And my blood went to my head as there were a few pictures in there that was like a must see.. There was one i took with a fake Austin Powers.. well he look like the real man.. See now i have no proof to show you.. I regretted not using my DG cam for that shot as I realise once I reach the hotel that the plug was different and i was tryin to save the batt so i used my dad's normal camera.. ARGHHHH
The day ended pretty early so we went to Tweeds Mall which is like 10 mins away from the resort to do some grocery shopping. Ended up buying some cup noodles as everything there is not halal.. even Campbell soup. boring man!! I'm sure we can eat it but my parents said no halal logo then its advisable not to eat it.. So fine.. watever..
Went to a photo shop and my mum was tryin to save the stupid roll of film cos she saw the pissed look on my face but arghhh now i'm angry at my dad for ripping the film off the camera cos the lady said that it we were to leave the roll in there, she cld have saved some of the shots. My dad was SOOOO sure that once it was exposed the whole roll is gone so he ripped it out. FUCK MAN... arghhhh. Anyways its over.. and im still angry..
7th Sept
Today went to see some kangaroos, koalas, ducks, and sheep. I was still angry so the ride there was pretty quiet. Usually my sister sat with me on the bus but this time she sat with my mum.. good choice.. hahhaha. it was kindda boring. sat in a cart pulled my horses.. the guy controlling the horse is cute though.. went to see/feed kangaroos.. took pictures with the lazy koalas.. cos they are sleeping all the time. Had some local tea, saw how they shave the poor sheep, they gave us a demonstration on boomerang throwing and whip cracking and my brother was the poor victim cos he has to hold this branch of leaves and the lady would cut it with the whip to show how sharp that damn thing was.. lol my bro was shivering ahhahah he got picked cos he was smiling at some joke she was telling. lol lucky i was in a bad mood.
After the tour we went to surfers paradise to do some shopping. The last time we came to gold coast, we stayed in surfers paradise and we saw how different it was.. there were a few shops that were still there but mostly the place was revamped. Nuthing much to shop there for me but my mum got a few stuff for her frends.. My shopping day is tomorro cos we are going to Pacific Fair, one of the largest shopping centre in Gold Coast. Cant wait!!
8th Sept
SHOPPING!! It was a great day.. Went to buy lotsa lingerie.. hahha they have lotsa lovely bras and undies man.. then went to get shirts, shoes, bags.. all for myself.. hee hee. Great day..
9th Sept
Time to pack up and leave.. Its sad to go.. Woke up early and went down to the shops to have a last walk. Went into a few shops to make sure that i had bought stuff that i wanted.. The transport to send us back came at 11am.. Then it was an hour and a half journey to the airport. Slept a while.. tiring to be sitting in a van all the way to the airport man.. Had branch at the airport and went for a mini shopping in the duty-free before we had to board our flight.. The trip back was.. faster then the journey to Aussie.. watched From Justin to Kelly on the plane.. Nice show.. Justin's kindda cute la.. Then watched Anger Management.. hhahha funny show.. then watched a few comedies and then From Justin to Kelly again.. hahhaha .. then its landing time. by then it was 8.30pm in S'pore.. when i was walking out of the plane.. i realised that my feet were sweating.. ahhaa sigh.. back to sunny Singapore I guess..
15th Sept
Had to go to sch to return my Convocation Gown. Then went to meet two of my frends for some catching up. Went to watch Legally Blonde 2 at Marina Sq. Hahah its funny show. Recommend u all to watch it if u have some cash to spare. Also bought a ring with Labradorite semi precious stones on it. Will have a picture of my frends and ring up soon.
