Brolly is a powerful Saiayan who was born the same day as Goku. Goku's crying enraged Brolly, and he later came after Goku in one of the Dragonball Z movies. He is extremly powerful, with a power level of 10,000 at birth, and the ability to become a Super Saiyan, the legendary Super Saiyan. Unfortunately, he is also thourghly insane and only held in check by the magical jewelry his father, Paragus, makes him wear. When he becomes enraged, he is released from the control his father tried to provide and becomes a fighting machine. |
