Cell is the ultimate artificial creation of Dr. Gero. He is programmed to have the strengths of all the world's greatest fighters, and to have all of their skills. He fights the warriors on earth in a sort of tournament called the Cell Game, inviting them to each try their hand at beating him. He reaches the pinacle of his power, or his perfect form, when he absorbs Android #17 and Android #18. |
