Chii-shenlong is the evil dragon from the seven star dragonball and the fourth dragon fought by Gokou and Pan. He has the ability to absorb other creatures or just control them. He was created when Bulma used the dragonballs to restore life to all those killed by Majin Vegeta. He is eventually defeated by Gokou. |
