Pilaf, the first villain in Dragonball, is an emperor who collects the dragonballs. He is not very smart or strong, but he has plenty of capital and machinery to fight with. He is defeated when Oozaru Gokou crushes his entire palace, although he does return at the very beginning of GT to wish Gokou back to a little boy. |
