Porunga |

Porunga is the Namek dragon, summoned by the Namek dragonballs. Porunga can grant three wishes, and can even grant the same wish multiple times. He can only resurrect one person per wish though. Porunga only speaks Namek so a Namek speaker must summon him and make the wishes, even on another's behalf. |
