Puar is a shape shifting, flying cat who follows Yamcha around and advises him. He can take the form of other things for a limited amount of time. He is often attempting to be the voice of reason, dissuading Yamcha from quitting his job or making expensive purchases, but Yamcha rarely listens to him. |
