Raditz is Goku's brother, who arrives on earth at the beginning of the Vegeta series. He enlightens Goku as to his true heritage and mission, and kidnaps Gohan. Goku and Piccolo team up and manage to defeat Raditz. Before he dies, Raditz transmits the knowledge of the dragonballs to Vegeta and Nappa, and tells the heroes that two more powerful Saiyans are coming. |
