Many people consider Brolly to be the legendary Super Saiyan, because he was aggressive and born with a power level of 10,000. Although some may argue Gokou to be the Saiyan of lore, if Brolly was the Super Saiyan, then Gokou was the hardest working Saiyan in the history of the universe. Brolly is the only Saiayn to theoretically reach the level of Super Saiyan prior to Gokou. |
