Goten is only able to reach Super Saiyan Level 1. He gets the characteristic golden hair and green eyes, and has been able to reach this stage since he was very young, but hasn't pursued his training over the years, being more interested in girls. Goten first reached Super Saiyan Level 1 when he was training with Gohan. It was interesting to Gohan that Goten didn't require an outburst of anger to power up to the Super Saiyan level. |
