Turles makes an appearance in the third Dragonball Z movie. He is a Saiyan, and considered by some to be Gokou's twin brother, but the wording is dubbed and ambiguous at best. Anyway, he is a lower class Saiyan who escaped the destruction of Planet Vegita and came to earth to plant the Tree of Might, and make himself the most powerful being in the universe. |
