The Human body...Veg or Non-Veg?
Are we, humans really supposed to eat meat or is it just a bad habit?
These questions are one of the most frequently, asked questions,
when it comes to food and the human body. Well, we humans are so-called all-eaters.
We have such good teeth, that they are made in such a way, that we can eat both
vegetables, and meat. If we compare with animals such as lions, have predator-teeth,
meaning, they are specifically, made to eat meat. Thus, predators such as the
lion aren't able to chew vegetables, because their teeth are adjust to meat.
So comparing to predators, such as the lion the human can eat both eat meat,
and vegetables.
It is also clear, and obvious
that we are "all-eaters" when observing our digestive system. Real,
vegetarian animals frequently/often, have extremely, long intestines, and a
advanced/complicated stomach. This is because vegetables, are easy to eat, but
hard to digest. Opposite, to vegetarian animas, non-veg animals has a very "simple"
stomach [like the humans], and because meat is very easy to digest, the intestines,
doesn't need to be very advanced [like the veggie animals].
Another "consideration" that proves that humans, are "all-eater",
is that out body produces, different kinds of digesting enzymes, of which some
are specifically to digest vegetables, while some are useful, with the digestion
of meat.
Some people also argue, that the human can't eat raw meat, while, "real" predators can. Well in reality, the human can eat raw meat, the only side affect, would be that the risk of catching an infection.
Here is a Picture, which describes the facts above :
