Paintings, Watercolours and other Major Works by Eyre Crowe A.R.A.

119 of Eyre Crowe's painting were shown at the annual Royal Academy summer exhibitions between 1846 and 1908. At least 22 of these were shown again at other exhibitions within Crowe's lifetime. In addition, he is known to have exhibited 2 pictures at the British Institution (1850 and 1861), 1 at the Royal Scottish Academy (1854), 1 at the Suffolk Street Gallery (1854), 2 at the Pall Mall Winter Exhibitions (1860 and 1861), 6 at the Dudley Gallery winter exhibitions (1867-1877), 1 at the Dudley Gallery Black and White Exhibition (1875), and 1 at the International Portrait Exhibition (1868). Details about these galleries are not as plentiful as those for the Royal Academy, and he may have exhibited further works which have not yet been traced.
