As Peter Parker got back into the swing of his life, a sudden encounter with an enigmatic stranger, called Ezekiel, changed forever the way he looked at himself, and his alter ego, the ever-amazing Spider-Man.
A ship arrived at the New York harbor, and brought a new menace to Spider-Man, a misterious person called Morlun. He was a kind of vampire, who sucked the vital energy of human being, especialy super-heroes, and he was here looking for the wall crawler. |

The web-slinger faced off against a new foe who was stronger than him, faster than him, smarter than him, and fueled by a bottomless hatred of him. It was introduced Terminal, a new villain who could take aspects of various super heroes' powers and incorporate them into his own body. |
