Sat. June. 29, 2002 at 7:50pm Why am I still in the city, you ask? Because my parents were too tired to drive to the cottage. I told them I could drive, they said, "No." So I'm stuck here until next Friday when I'm going to Marta's cottage. I was home alone last nite, and decided to stay up till 4 and work on a desktop. See if you can find what's wrong. Tataa. Sat. June. 29, 2002 at 12:40am Ahhhhh... music! Make it stop! All I've been doing the entire day is watching MM and downloading songs. At the top of the favourite list is the new single by Coldplay In My Place. I'm sorry, but Chris Martin acts too much like Thom Yorke from Radiohead in this video. It's scary. And I saw the Jimmy Eat World video for Sweetness, which reminds me of the American video for Trouble by Coldplay. Come on, the plants growing out of the ground? It's one big circle.... Anyhoo, I love the new song from Treble Charger Hundred Million, and no, not just because Cone is in the video... *dances anyways* Probably my third favourite for the day is the new single The Greatest View by Silverchair. I remember when I used to listen to Frogstomp and Freak Show... that was so long ago. So tonite was Matt's belated birthday party. It was fun, and Training Day was a pretty good movie. I left kinda early because I just didn't want to drive if I was any more tired. I don't know why I'm so tired, I get enough sleep. I think it's more 'lack of motivation' than 'lack of sleep'. But on the way home, I was in his pack of Latino suped up Civics, and they all had their stereos going. I laughed at that for a while, and it woke me up. I guess that's why I'm still up typing this. Anyhoo, I'm off to the cottage tomorrow, and we're stopping at Ernie's on the way. I haven't seen Nicky, Warren or Amanda since Christmas. Warren had better have his car... *shakes fist*. BTW, THE CROCODILE HUNTER'S GOING TO BE ON MM ON WEDNESDAY! I CAN'T WAIT! Tataa! Fri. June. 28, 2002 at 12:10am Oho... so tired again! Yesterday was Undercover Brother. lol... it was so good!!! "Hold it! Don't move!..... O damn, they moved!" Golf cart chase! It was hilarious. Afterwards I somehow was talked into driving Jeremey to Home Depot to get a handle thingy or something that he broke of Jenn's. They didn't have it. Nor did they have toilets hooked up. lol... I dropped off Opal, and found out my highbeams didn't work, so I panicked. Damn headlights! And then I hit a HUGE pothole around Opal's house, so I panicked again, pulled the car over, and checked. But it's all good... good little Pimpstar :) So I picked up my report card today, and did exactly how I thought I did. Hey, that's a pretty good average with that math mark :) I must say I'm proud of myself. Later Marta and I went to Laserquest! Stupid little 25 12 year old boys jumping up and down covering their targets... I think I'll hit them now... *smack* I actually didn't get first because of their cheating. Well, for example, the first place kid one game was twice the score of the second place. It was largely unfair. Hot Chinese guy lectured them during the game after they attacked Marta and I. hahaha... On our way home there was this guy in a lowered pickup singing, and rocking the car like he was at a concert. Oho, we laughed a while after that... :) We had pizza, played Pokémon Monopoly (I so won!) and played with Marta's evil kittens. So now I'm tiiired... and I'm off to bed. I watched Hannibal today... and remembered why I say "tataa" all the time :) Tataa. "Man, that car don't come out until next year, where in the fuck did you get it? June. 26, 2002 at 1:40am Ahh... what am I doing back in the city? Stupid exam review/report card week! Soooo..... I drove home Monday (over 150km!) and did about 120km/hr all the way back. Now, that is highway driving. Not hopping on the highway from Southdown to Winston Churchill. Until you're wedged in between tractor trailers for a good 20 minutes, you don't know what highway driving is like. But anyhoo, I gave Manda a call, and she invited me to come and see The Bourne Identity with a few people. It was good!!! The guy in the BMW! "What is YOUR name?" That's so my car! After, Matt Nash, Marta and I decided to go to Jack Astor's for dinner, we were all soooo hungry. After drawing all over the table and making everything "happy" we stuffed the crayons in Nash's fro. And we walked out with them still there. Hahaha... then they hung out my windows, screaming at random people, and threatening to chuck crayons. I didn't let them. I like my car the way it is thank you :) Today was exam review day, nothing exciting there. I did what I expected, and kinda fell in the physics exam. Which sucked. Well, I did good in all the sections, except stupid multiple choice! But I rose in Com Tek and math, so it's allllll good. Then Manda came over for the afternoon, and we walked down to the beach, park, etc. "Is that guy wearing a thong?" S-c-a-r-y. We went over to Green Glade, which was pointless, because all the teachers left early to go to the Gr.8 grad tonite. I finally was able to drive my grandpa's Volvo. You can actually hear the bass in the speakers!!! hahaha... But in a pedal test on my street, I found it has even less spunk than my Pimpstar. I actually jammed the pedal down totally, and it took forever to pick up in speed. Then the engine smelled. That's it, only BMWs for me now, lol.... I posted the pics from the BBQ, but there's only 11 or so. Enjoy! I'm off to bed, it's kinda late. Sat. June. 22, 2002 at 1:32am Watch out! It's a long entry for once! Oho, I had fun last nite. Want to know why? BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST NIGHT SINCE LAST SEPTEMBER I HAD NO SCHOOLWORK!!! HAHAHAHA!!! I'M DONE SCHOOL!!!!!!! Anyhoo, besides from that fact, I had my physics exam in the afternoon, and I think I did alright. I finished with a little bit of time to spare, so I managed to read over everything. Hurray. Then Nowak and I decided to do something last nite because we were bored and everyone else had biology to study for. So we called up Jeremey, got Nowak's Jaguar, and went driving. Lol, well, we went driving to Esso to get his "Premium" gas for the car, at almost $0.90/L. And then Jer and I decided to steal the car while Nowak was paying, but that didn't work out too well. *Pushes the Valet button* What the hell does this thing do? Where the hell's the valet? Then we wore his ghetto Disel sunglasses, and decided Jer was the coolest thing on Earth with them on. We pulled down the sun shades on the back windows, which Nowak didn't realize were down until he actually backed up. Shows how much he looks in his rear view mirror, lol.... And then it was off to Nowak's, where we chose a movie from his extensive Blockbuster collection. We somehow settled on Tomb Raider, mostly because it was the only movie that allowed for so many fun-making opportunities. Do you know how ugly that girl is, and how much she looks like Ricky Martin in some scenes? Well, thats according to Nowak.... Ah! It's Bono! And the mophead! And that red couch! c-r-a-z-y... after we got Jer away from looking at Dark Angel toys and Homestarrunner.com, we managed to get the Jaguar again, and headed out to Port Credit for dinner. But after doing circles in the Snug Harbour parking lot, and walking around Mentor listening to Nowak and Jer make fun of EVERYTHING, we reached some restaurant that Jer wanted to go to. Except there was nobody in this restaurant. And the chefs and waiters were outside talking. So Nowak goes up to them, and asks, "Are you open?" And they said, "Yup, we are now" and ran back inside. Lol... then we left. And went to eat at the Clarkson Pump instead. I felt so badly! So there we ended up playing some golf arcade thing, of which I "beat" Jer and Nowak. Except the damn game kicked me when I took too long to shoot because I was eating. lol... SKK and ODG... it was a mistake! After (and this was around 11:10) we decided to get ice cream, and we walked over to McDonalds, but they were closed because they suck. And then by the time we got into Dominion, we didn't even feel like ice cream anymore. Biggest waste of time ever. And then it was off to Nowak's, where my mom was supposed to pick us up to come over to my place and watch a movie. But she forgot, and I didn't want to call because I'd wake my dad up. So we ended up watching Adam, Gary, John and Dan play SNES. hahaha... chainsaw guys... And then at around 1 or so I gave her a call, and she came to take me home. I think I have to have people over next week, I haven't in a while. So what happened today? A lot! There was that party in the park, which was totally ruined by rain. I've never been in that kind of storm before. And driving with 3 people over the legal limit in my car in torrential rains with winds wasn't great either. Since I had my car I brought people over to my house, and got some blankets for Liz (Hope you're feeling better!). Then after Sheppy and Marta left I drove Caitlin, Fraser, and Vera over to Caitlin's house. And then I went back home to stay with Brian and Manda until her mom came. AFTER THAT I was invited to Babin's place to just finish up the food that nobody ate at the park. We watched "Not Another Teen Movie", which was alright, and rather hilarious at times. Jer and I finished the nite by playing Worms on Babin's computer, of which I got schooled. Ah welllll... I drove Carla and Lucas home, got back to my house, and found Paul, his exchange student person, Piotr, Amanda, Fraser, my brother, Jamie, and Cuttini sitting in my garage drinking and smoking cigars. So I joined them, lol. They went through a 24 pack in about 5 hours. We had fun conversations about camp stories. And then Cuttini's sister drove away before Fraser fully got into the car... oho... So I ended up driving Amanda to another house party, and drove Jamie and Piotr home. I am so sick of driving! Tomorrow morning I'm headed up to my cottage. Hopefully Jer and Babin can come over, but I don't think Babin will remember my cottage number, lol... Ah welll.... Exams are done, I'm so happy, and it's summer. Tataa! Tues. June, 18, 2002 at 5:10pm ARGH! The math exam! It is done! *kicks the exam out the window* After a night of hellish studying, I finally finished that thing. Now I've just got physics left, and I really don't think it'll be all that bad. I can't really study much today, my eyes are closing on me. I was up till 1, and awake at 5. I left all of trig and conics to study this morning, lol... The exam wasn't THAT bad, I thought it would be a lot worse. Unless I wasn't awake enough to see how hard it really was... *shrugs*... lol... So now I've got my favourite exam to look forward to (well, the one I prefer I guess), and two nights of fun. Nowak had his car today, so we decided to go out to Harvey's with Babin and Jeremey. I now know that Nowak is a crazy driver. He nearly clipped off the front of my car in the school parking lot. *shakes fist* And way to go street sweeper, lol..... I might be going to the cottage this weekend. I haven't been there since Easter, so I can just image what a mess it is. Last time I was there, there still was a foot of snow. Somehow I don't think there will be any of that now. hehe... if people haven't gone here yet, go to this site, it's so cute! I put my screenshot on (you can tell I was wasting my studying time by looking at cars). I've been doing nothing but work. Yet at the rate that I work at, there really wasn't much work done at all. Poo. I'm been listening to only The Matrix music all weekend. Ever since I got the DVD, I'm obbsessed. Do you know the next Matrix movie comes out May 16, 2003? I know that now, after wasting my time looking at Matrix sites. Lol. I can't wait till this Thurs at 2pm or so. Thurs. June. 13, 2002 at 9:22pm I had such an a-m-a-z-i-n-g day. I don't know why it went so well, it just did. I finally was able to go outside today, as I had a lunch free for once. And I got people to sign my yearbook, and signed more peoples. Physics was good because I didn't fail that test, and more people signed my yearbook. People like Chris Ozolins, who said he was rambling on, took up a whole page, and wrote one of the sweetest things I've ever read. I don't know why he wrote that, he just did. ^_^ Thanks Chris, you made my day. Nowak's got his G2 test tomorrow morning at 8:50 in his pimpin Lincoln. Go Nowak! I've never seen him drive, so I don't know how good he is. But I hope he passes :) It was Ma Na's birthday today! Happy Birthday Matt Nash! What a way to start being secretary! *insert small little victory sign here* What else happened today.... ah yes, the Pimpstar got the Check Engine light coming on again (remember that, Jenn? lol), so a new car is close in the future. But I'll miss that Pimpstar dearly :( It's my third one! awww..... and I found out my final project in Com Tek can be made into a web site! Yes! That's amazing! I went on a downloading spree tonite, getting anything from Matthew Good Band (Cam's and Ozolin's presentation got them stuck in my head, lol :) ), to Our Lady Peace, to Swollen Members (and yes, I really like them). I finally got that Charlie's Angels trailer for Com Tek done last nite, and I uploaded a crappy quality version to www.angelfire.com/art2/charliesangels for people to see, since the computers in school are crap ass. Just save the link, it doesn't play very nicely in WMP if you play and download at the same time, according to Marta. Who yes, is alive! Go to her Livejournal, I posted it in my Links section. Anyhoo, there was some party at Jennifer's tonite, so Rik and I went over for a bit... lol, I haven't been outside (except for going to and from school) in so long. Damn final projects *kicks them*. I was 'supposed' to get my ISU journals done tonite, I only got 1 done, so that leaves 1 more... I can't wait until after my physics exam on the 20th. THEN I'M FREE! *does another dance*. I'm sure everyone feels the same way :) Amanda's going to be living at my house for the rest of the weekend, and we get this ISU over Monday, last period.
