| HMS Fearless (CL-56) | OBS | Courageous | Light Cruiser | Massively refit at the direction of Admiral Sonja Hemphill to inculde a grav lance and energy torpedoes. Under the command of Commander Honor Harrington, Fearless became the embarassment of Hemphill at the fleet maneuvers after her refit. Being such, Fearless was sent to Basilisk Station, which had become the Royal Navy's place to send embarassing and unworthy captains. While there, Fearless was nearly destroyed in a battle with the Havenite Q-Ship PMMS Sirius. Sirius was destroyed, but Fearless was too badly damaged to salvage. After enough field repairs were made to get her back to Manticore, it was decided that she would be scrapped. Due to her gallent death, the name Fearless was added to the RMN's list of honor, and a new Star Knight Class heavy cruiser was commissioned with the name Fearless. | Decommissioned |
| HMS Fearless (CA-286) | HotQ | Star Knight | Heavy Cruiser | Commisioned after the Basilisk Station incident to replace the Courageous class light cruiser Fearless which was damaged beyond repair there, she was given to Captain Honor Harrington, who also had commanded her predecessor. Her first commission was anti-pirate duty in Silesia. The ship got quite a few victories under her belt, including picking off a Silesian "privateer" squadron, and rescueing a passenger liner. Her next commission put her as the senior ship of a four ship squadron sent to secure an alliance with the Protectorate of Grayson, in the Yeltsin's Star system. During her time there, Grayson came under attack from her mortal enemy, Masada. Fearless participated in two seperate battles after that, The Battle of Blackbird, and the Second Battle of Yeltsin's Star. Over the course of the battles, she was badly damaged, but she survived. Many Masadan ships were destroyed or captured, including two Peep built ships "sold" to Masada. The Breslau class destroyer, PNS Breslau, renamed MNS Principality, was captured at the Battle of Blackbird while the Sultan class battlecruiser, PNS Saladin, renamed MNS Thunder of God, was destroyed at Second Yeltsin. | Damaged |
