WHO WE HELP

CHARITABLE DEEDS

As a nonprofit organization our fundraising efforts have resulted in donations to many local charities. In 2004 we received the prestigious Community Service Award from the City of Fairfield.

The following organizations were supported by Fairfield Women through the "Make and Bake Auction" as well as the Spring Fundraiser.

In 2008 we donated over $19,000 to:


Fairfield Food Pantry
Provides food and personal hygiene items to the needy in Fairfield, Fairfield Township & other areas of Butler County.


One Way Farm
A safe home for abused, abandoned and troubled children. Provides food and clothing, school supplies, etc.
FFW decorates their Christmas Tree each year.


Joe Nuxhall Hope Project
An umbrella fund for a number of projects, Character Education, Scholarships, Reds Rookie Success League of Butler County, the Miracle League and Children's Center located on One Way Farm property.


Chosen Shelter
Emergency Shelter for homeless in Hamilton, Fairfield City, Township and West Chester.


Fairfield Community Foundation
In December 2000 we became Founding Members of the Fairfield Community Foundation and contribute to the Fairfield Women Club fund each year.


Butler County Success
This organization serves 40 schools in Butler County targeting "at risk" children and their families with needed help and assistance.


John Engle Christian Counseling
A professional counseling center which serves Butler County primarily Hamilton and Fairfield.


Community Counseling And Crisis Center
An organization that provides a myriad of programs and services for all Butler County, including CHOICES, an outpatient alcohol and other drug treatment programs.


Mercy Fairfield Cancer Care Center
Providing cancer information and support to all patients dealing with this disease.


Butler County Special Olympics
Defray expenses for state events for the mentally and physically challenged.


Fairfield High School After Prom
This provides students in our community with a safe, alcohol and drug free environment on prom night.


Harbor House Social Club
Provides adults living with mental illness a place where they can find fellowship while sharing and exploring personal interests, such as crafts, arts, music, etc.


Partners In Prime
Serves as a vital resource for seniors and older adults offering a variety of activities, services, information, meals, classes and trips.


Fairfield Young Life Ministry
A program that reaches out to high school students and encourages Christian values and morals. Need funds for summer camp scholarships, supplies, refreshments, etc.


Covenant Community Church
This church provides a meeting place for our Club and many other worthy organizations throughout the year. Last year our funding was used to help purchase benches for the lobby.


Community Quilt Connection
An organization that encourages, educates and serves the community through quilting. A special project is making blankets for children in need and assisting and teaching quilting at no charge.



We participated in the monthly "Share From The Heart Program" for the Fairfield Food Pantry and donated funds for two bikes in the Fairfield Fire Department "Bikes for Kids" Christmas Program.
