Perry was arrested and jailed several times for possession of alcohol and drunkeness during Prohibition.
Perry's sister, Pearl, married a man with the surname (last name) of GILLESPIE. His given name was either James or Jim. Pearl Cyphers and James/Jim Gillespie had these children: Willard, Jack, Gladys, Edna, Jim.
Perry's brother, James/Jim Cyphers, had these children: Alex or Alec (who was a Clerk at the County Courthouse). One of Alex/Alec's sons was a doctor in Bluewells who killed himself. One son was a Method preacher?
