Charter Addendum (Ashorty Policy, Public Relations, etc.)

I. Final Resurrection is a NON-Ashorty's Public Raiding Guild. This means we do not endorse raiding with Ashorty's Public and we do not tolerate members whom choose to raid with Ashorty before Final Resurrection. Should there be an event where a member is caught raiding with Ashorty's Public while a guild sanctioned raid is in progress or being called and this member does not leave Ashorty's Public raid when asked to, this member will receive ONE warning. Should there be another incidence of raiding with Ashorty over Final Resurrection, this member will be subject to guildremoval, no questions asked.

Should the removed member seek to join Final Resurrection again and is allowed back in, this member will receive a 80% DKP Penalty. Basically, if this member had 100 DKP prior to removal and was then removed due to being on an Ashorty Raid when asked to leave, and then rejoin FR, they will return with 20 DKP as their current DKP total.

Final Resurrection has a very strict policy on this matter simply because Ashorty's Public is 1. competition to mobs that we pursue 2. causes a break in loyalty. We are a guild that firmly believes in Guild First before anything, if a member can not uphold this belief, they are not fit to be a member of Final Resurrection.

II. Final Resurrection is a guild that will progress through the game by its own strength. This means we will never invite more than a few friends/guests should we invite anyone on a raid to aid us in our attempts. We are here to work together as a guild, not rely on outside sources.

III. Final Resurrection has a very strict Public Relations policy. We all play on the same server and interact with many different people everyday. These people we play with spend a large amount of time on this game as do we and we aren't here to spoil the game for anyone. Our actions will only be that which is honorable, respectable and practical. We will respect other guilds' attempts on other mobs and not attempt to leap frog. However, we will also be practical as a guild and should we see something unrealistic or unpractical, we will take action. For example, we are not going to allow a guild an attempt on "X" mob when it is obvious that they will fail, even if this guild is in the zone first but from /who all obviously lack the numbers to do the job. But, should a guild enter the zone first and have enough members to kill "X" mob before FR is fully situated, FR will not attempt to contest this mob.

Q: What time zone does this guild play on?

A: Final Resurrection is a primarily EST Guild, however most officers are on PST.

Q: What are your raiding times?

A: Mondays to Fridays (non-holidays) we raid generally from 5PM EST to 1AM EST (2PM PST to 10PM PST). On weekends, we raid all day should there be enough mobs up for us to kill.

Q: What kind of loot system does Final Resurrection use?

A: Final Resurrection uses a DKP and Award based system. 95% of the loot will use the DKP system, however, alloting of certain keys (Sleeper's Tomb and Emp Ring items) will be based on awarding until a certain amount of keys are distributed (~12). Also, ToV armor is awarded to those who help the guild most, there is no favoritism involved, most awarding is done based on DKP point totals.

Q: Will you guild my twink?

A: No, unless your twink is a level 55+ character that can help out on raids.

Q: How are officers selected?

A: Final Resurrection has a small group of officers that were chosen by Caddorin from old Final Companions. These people were the members who had helped FC the most and played a large role in many things that old FC did. To become an officer in FR and having not been in old FC will require a member to have been guilded for at least 1 month and to have at least 80% raid attendance since joining. It will also require this member to be fully respected by the guild and this member must show good leadership skills, patience and knowledge of the game. Also, Caddorin and Daddun must be 100% trustworthy of this person. It will be said right now, that becoming an officer in FR is not an easy thing and it will take a lot of work if you were not in old FC.

Q: If you guild me, will you make me an officer immediately?

A: As stated above, it takes a lot of trust before anyone will become an officer in Final Resurrection. So the answer is NO, we will not make you an officer once you are tagged unless there is a special exception, in which, there are none that exist atm, so No.
